I Hope Ron decides to make another Run at it in 2016! I think he would win it finally!

That's my hope.

Why not just letting Ron Paul

Why not just letting Ron Paul speak for himself?

I think he knows best whether he wants to do it again. But what's wrong with hoping for it and asking him when the time has come?

I don't think he will stay at home in silence and after a few years with his family, he will be more energized than ever. Age is only a number on the paper and for me he looks like somewhat around 65.
I could even imagine seeing him return to Congress in 2014.

But as said, I can only speak for me and I would appreciate it very much. But Ron has to decide what's best for him.

Thanks!

To the OP - it's refreshing to see someone else say this besides me.

Most of the other replies are pretty depressing though.

Although Ron Paul is in

Although Ron Paul is in excellent condition for a man his age (I can only hope to do as well) he is now in his late 70s. In 2016 he will be in his 80s. A presidential race is brutal. You spend months running from one place to another with inadequate sleep, while putting out brush fires set by the professional smear campaigners. (Remember the "China John Huntsman video?) It would be tough for a man half Paul's age. So no, Paul will not be running again. He did great service to this country but his days in Washington, D.C. will be behind him when his current term in the House ends. I suspect Paul is looking forward to that, frankly. He's not an inside-the-beltway sort of guy.

So we have to move on, and support other candidates who will uphold the Constitution, be reluctant to go to war, and get serious about balancing the budget. The recent shenanigans at the R.N.C. have convinced me more than ever that I can not support a mainstream Republican candidate. I will not waste my vote. I will vote for Gary Johnson. I don't agree with him on everything (I don't agree with Ron Paul on everything either) but he is the best man who will actually be on the ballot.

TOM DAVIS 2016!

He's like Ron with better oratory skills, he could trick the neocons into switching over to liberty!

I don't play, I commission the league.

We can save Davis for after

We can save Davis for after Ron's 2 terms.

Count

Me in.

Poor Ron Paul

He's old and ready to finally take a vacation.
Give him a break.
Rand 2016 is okay with me though.

I don't think Ron Paul is the

I don't think Ron Paul is the kind of person to take a vacation while the country collapses.

I'd like to think we'll both keep fighting until the day we die.

Nobody deserves a vacation more than Ron

He has done more for this country than anyone else - by far. I hope he takes a nice long vacation when this is all done and spends his time writing books :)

Dude you still don't get it.

Dude you still don't get it. This was our last chance to have any success in a free election (if you can call it that). It is already rigged!! What makes you think there is going to be another so called free election in 2016??

I'm not always a pessimist

I'm not always a pessimist but I have been thinking about that too. I'm even thinking that if vote-flipping algorithms and other computerized voting fraud anomalies have been discovered this time and nothing is done, our votes don't count at all. The Austrian economists are all predicting economic catastrophe within the next year to 2 years. I'm beginning to think a collapse or some kind of economic crisis will be necessary to start over. I'm just afraid that not enough people will understand history nor the Constitution to do things right. But I'll keep praying.

I Don't

think its possible. But Dr. Paul is a pretty spry fella for his age! I am with you 100% in spirit though..

Amen to that brother!lol, but

Amen to that brother!lol, but idk if everybody agrees with that though.I wrote a thread on this and got down voted lol. I just dont see anybody credible comingup and able to deliver the messageof freedom, Ron Paul is the only one! maybe thejudge or maybe even jesse ventura, but the press would have a field day with jesse, so idk man
