and notify him that we are not a "democracy" and that he also needs to look up the word "republic" and study it's meaning.

This country's system was designed deliberately so that delegates and the electoral college could indeed vote their conscience and overturn the majority vote of a politically uneducated society that was making a very big and dangerous mistake.
