Think of it this way...

Ron got 10% in Iowa and probably around 10% in New Hampshire (conservative guess) and even though that wont win you delegates or the nomination, think of how many people are thinking like us! Think of it this way: 10% of Iowa knows the Iraq war is a waste of lives and money; 10% of Iowa is ready for a major change candidate. All of this after barely 4 months of major reporting on Ron. I consider this a success, but not a final success. This type of campaigning needs to continue, hopefully behind Ron but if not him, some other level headed person. The way I see it is that if we can change 10% in four months, imagine how many minds we can change in just 2 years. A Ron Paul presidency would help, but being cautiously optimistic, I will hope that he is not the end to this. Continue the movement! We will make a difference as long we're motivated to do so. We must build alliances. Its time to make change.

It's been a long hard fight so far

We are the children of this great country, and we will get it back. Some say it's the beginning, but I think we may be nearing the end. We don't have a lot of time. What's wrong with this country is mostly by design. We must propel RP to the presidency or we may not have another chance. On the other hand, we need to see that WE ARE THE MOVEMENT and Dr No is along for the ride. I truly hope that we can wake up enough people in time.

Well said

regardless of Dr. Paul's final numbers, it's vital his conservative-libertarian coalition continues. The christian conservative movement has been able to steer Republican policy for 30 years even though they are a minority of the party and even smaller minority in the nation as a whole. There is no reason we cannot study what they did, organize just as well, and promote our own agenda. Perhaps one day the talking heads will say how so-and-so is a front-runner because he is the favorite of the party's libertarian base.
