Don't know how this works...

...but it comes out too positive for people like George W. Bush, Paul Ryan, and others(???).

the rating algorithm sucks

or

the source datasets, whatever their size, suck (too much noise, not enough relevant data)

or

a mix of the above.

... or...

hell, maybe the Internet's content is just already too much CHAOS for machines to get anything "intelligent" out of it, or **AS IS**, anyway (might as well be it, in fact). The latter is still a 10+ year old open question, btw:

Then searches with "barack obama" and "mitt romney" spelled out (with a separator space) give intriguing results too.

It will be more interesting once the author discloses his algorithm, though, if ever (see his "how it works" link).
