Operation Beach Ball Still in Effect

Trying to hold down Ron Paul and Liberty in this nation is like trying to hold a beach ball underwater!

Keep on exposing yourself neo-cons! :) It is America u are messing with and I'm betting on America.

My computer doesn't handle live feed

very well; in the past, I've often seen/heard only one word in ten. I'll wait for someone to post a link to youtube, PLEASE, after the event. Thank you!

Please put this out selectively, chose your Ron Paulers

This is so threatening the trolls are starting to come out in force at the Facebook. No shotgun email blasting. Quality over quantity. Thank you! : )

Hope

this is not a cruel hoax by any self-agrandizing goofballs. We have had enough disappointments recently. There could be some blowback.

How Do We Know This Isn't A "PSY-OP

These people may be looking for some information. If they get it they will have Dr. Paul on TV either confirming it or denying it...

Be careful!

How do we know you aren't psyops because you are suspicious

Because we know who put this together thats why.
That answer your question? No? Too bad research it yourself. There is a search bar upper right. Why don't you go for a ride on it.

November 6th 2012 I voted for Dr.Ron Paul

Folks - there are some Election Laws you need to be aware of - making
your idea very unlikely to happen:

* there are only 8 States remaining where the deadline to file as an independent candidate has not yet passed:
http://www.fec.gov/pubrec/fe2012/2012pdates.pdf

* every organized third party with any amount of ballot access has already nominated its candidates for President/Vice President

* many States do not allow candidates names to be changed once they have been certified for the a party's ballot line (41 States have already done the certification process at this point)

* for the States that do allow substitution of candidates names - many of these have already past the deadline for this to be done:
http://www.fec.gov/pubrec/fe2012/2012pdates.pdf

www.fec.gov

Ron Paul is My President

Wrong. Every party has the right to choose its own

candidate according to its own nominating process. The link you give to show "many States do not allow candidates names to be changed" says nothing of the sort. This is merely a list of general deadlines.

http://www.fec.gov/pubrec/fe2012/2012pdates.pdf

Further, we don't have to be on every state's ballot. The electoral math and key states are more important.

Joe Lieberman didn't let anything stop him from continuing his run after he lost the primary to Ned Lamont, fairly and squarely I might add. Dr. Paul is in a much stronger position now that the RNC has revealed corruption which stinks to the high heavens.

I am not sure sore loser laws

I am not sure sore loser laws can be applied to presidential races.

Think about it. We are not actually voting for our candidate for president, we are voting for a slate of presidential electors. Sort of difficult to apply sore loser laws to them. There just a few, like Michigan where they apply, but it should not be an issue by and large.

Ron Paul 2012 - It's Almost Here!

in addition

Oklahoma will start printing their ballots on Tuesday.... even before the Democrats officially nominate someone.

ha I've seen states have to toss out bunches of ballots

lots of times, due to screw ups or court decisions. They don't care. It's not their money.

good!

well good that they redo it when necessary.

Not good to print them before the parties nominate. Of course if they nominate late then leave them off the ballot! That would be cool. But really, states do have deadlines. It will be an issue.

I worked on third party and Indy for 33 years.

I did NOT want to join the GOP. Ron Paul gave me NO choice, if I wanted him to become president, to be a delegate, we all HAD to join the GOP.

Why wouldn't Ron Paul run third party?

There are 36 registered third parties in the USA. Nader needed 7 of them, to achieve ballot access in 49 states, as OK will NOT go there. Nader's campaigns for ballot access and open debates earned our campaigns, harrassment, false arrests, vandalism, broken bones, noses and jail. It was way worse than what Ron Paul went through, no judge would hear our cases, multible states gave us multible laws suits that bankrupted us. The Democrat and GOP worked together on every level of government to crush grassroots, MSM censored us, and when they did talk about us, it was lies.

My experience on Nader's team was that the GOP was kinder in their efforts to be mean than the Democrats. Every day I petitioned, I had to deal with the police. I was accused of crimes I didn't commit, detectives called me from 150 miles away to say I was being charged. I would ask permission to petititon, was given the OK, and within the hour the manager would ask me to leave (my teams, and this happened to everyone), and sometimes before I left, the police would show up. Ron Paul's campaign with the GOP has been a cake walk by comparison, so if you think tptb is going to make this an easy street for you, think again. The Democrats and GOP WILL team up to crush you personally. You understand? They will come to your home, they will personally go after you.

Back when Nader was running we did not have the Patriot Act, so we could bail each other out of jail.

I'm sure Ron Paul knows all about what happened to Nader and one reason he decided to take the GOP. Also, the GOP is established, but so many people HATE the GOP, the seats were empty, MSM makes them appear more than they are, and also, they put people off, because tptb want 10 fat men left making the rules.

What we saw at the RNC was their desperation.. They had to lie, cheat and steal to win. They didn't win. What they want is to stop Ron Paul more than anything.

Palin's Earthquakers saw Ron Paul's plan and knew it was brilliant, so they are doing what Ron Paul asked us to do. Where I was a guest on the committee for a year, alone, four of them came to a meeting, and they are about to be seated immediately because they have numbers. They are NOT afriad. They are FIGHTING. And I think, Why couldn't we have done that? Why are we so lame when it comes to TAKING POWER? Why do we insist we must be grassroots on the street? That's NOT where the power is. I KNOW. Thirty three years, and I didn't sit on my ass. I worked very hard as an activist. It's why I begged Ron Paul in 07 to go Indy.. But once I went to a GOP committee meeting, I saw why Ron Paul wants GOP.. you need to seperate what happened at the conventions and RNC from the committee themselves. Those committees are YOUR neighbors and so it's very personal, and much safer. Ron Paul does not want us to go through what Nader's Raiders went through.

If you think the GOP is bad, and I'm telling you, they are weak and why they lie, cheat and steal... the Democratic Party is NOT weak, and they are vicious, brutal.. you will get broken bonmes and they will keep you locked up for indefinate periods.. We are not free. We are fighting for liberty. Nader didn't have to deal with the Patriot Act YOU will. So if you think the Democrats are going to be better, kinder, nicer, more helpful than the GOP.. don't fool yourself.

Smart people learn from others experiences, and maby many here need the school of HARD knocks, But going third party isn't possible in CA.. dates to file for Nov election was June 5TH. So I don't know when you think you're going to form this party, but I would also like to remind you, the NWO will also resist.. Maybe many of you here would rather go to prison, get beat up, go broke, than join the GOP.. GOOD LUCK. I'm sticking with Ron Paul's plan. The GOP doesn't scare me.. I'm going in and FIGHTING the good fight.

GOOD LUCK WITH YOURS.

Granger?

Have you made a seperate post with this information?

Seems like very critical intelligence to me.

People are flailing about looking for the next thing to do.

If the consequences are so extreme as you've described from your first hand experience, people should be made fully aware of it.

I'd like permission to use your info to make a thread today.

What ever I can do to help us WIN

Good Luck Barracuda_Trader.. I like your top posts way better than mine. GO FOR IT.

I am Lebanese-American

and I always knew there was a reason I loved Nader, besides him being Lebanese.

I just had a feeling, that if the common man didn't know why they hated him, he's probably doing something right.

They that give up liberty for security deserve neither.

I love him too

You might enjoy his book, "Seventeen Traditions", and the documentary about him, "Unreasonable Man".

Did you know, that when he was a student at Princeton, he was driving his car and hit an old man with long gray wirey hair wearing glasses who was riding a bike? That man was Albert Einstein.

Nader never drove again, and that is what inspired him to write "Unsafe at any speed".. he couldn't get over thinking he could have killed the greatest mind occupying Earth at the time.

He is a wonderful man, who the government has stolen his ideas.. the EPA.. Nader thought should be thousands of private EPAs not just one big fat one govt. operated. I can go on and on about Nader and Ron Paul. I love them both.

Do you have a source for that Einstein story?

Just wanted to share it with people if there is a good source.

Shame it doesn't say that

he stopped driving after that and it inspired him to write the book.

I can't find that anywhere, maybe it's in his book.

OMG!

Nader almost killed Einstein! I'm surprised that it wasn't made into a slogan back in the day when Nader was running for Pres.

Think it would have helped him? LOL

God KNOWS Nonna,, he needed help. He hit him with his car... I'm sure it was nothing serious.. it was the idea that struck him so hard. And he still does not drive.

when you are in power....

I hope you are not corrupted like 90% of the people are. I have seen it over and over throughout my years of involvement. I hope that when you are in power you vote to let other parties in on the debates and don't get too stuck on yourself.

I remember Naders run. The MSM won the war (because they had the control) convincing everyone they had to vote for the Dem or Rep. It wasn't that people didn't want to vote for Nader, they did. But even those who really did vote for Nader did so via vote swapping so as not to effect the run between the other two. Seriously. Ross Perot did fairly well. and John Anderson managed to get into debates. It is possible but you need money and ideas that spread like wildfire. These are different times and different strategies for spreading the word are available. In the end it is up to people to spread the word.

Taking over the Republican Party was/is a good strategy but you do have to take into account the poor reputation the party has which make it hard to get decent people involved in it. That takes time. Trust. Plus, I have seen many factions take over the party and it turns out to be all talk (thankfully in many cases). You have to consider that might happen as well. You think you have it but you don't.

Power corrupts.

The message needs to spread more, that is clear. (what happened in the RNC was actually helpful in spreading the message, my Dem friends even took note) Then we need to insure the vote will be counted accurately. Then the people can win in whatever party or none. Numbers matter.

Anything is possible!!!!!!

I personally think the 2-party system is horrible for our country and my overall energy will be against that. I will support candidates such as Paul though, no matter what party they are in. Everyone has to do what is right for them and I wish you well.

Thank you befree

I hope I don't become corrupted too. I'm personally not interested in power. I'm interested in freedom and liberty, justice and constitutional government.

Oh gosh vote swapping.. rememebr that BS!

I agree it is people, as the net is being censored now.

I agree with many points that you've made in this post. If I was any kind of real leader, I would attempt to get everyone to storm the GOP central committees.. go to the meetings, asked to be on the agenda.. let them KNOW what they did and how you feel about it.

That's how they would get the message.

Thanks for all the valuable information @ The Granger.

It is very interesting to read of all your personal experiences. I trust that others are learning from them. The situation today is so much worse than it ever was what with the electronic voting systems that are the last piece of the plan to make all voting the property of the oligarchy.

I imagine that voting systems are the responsibility of local government whether at the county or State level. If so and if there are no Federal restrictions on which systems to use and if the Feds have no access to them then that would be a good set up to target and to make sure any system in place is hacker proof and verifiable.

Do you have any insights on this issue? I believe it must be one of the most important given that it can be used to protect the value of a single voter and any changes to make the system tamper proof would have widespread support.

"Jesus answered them: 'Truly, truly, I say to you, everyone who commits sin is a slave to sin. The slave does not remain in the house forever; the son remains forever. So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.'" (John 8:34-36)

Thank you David Robertson and YES

You are correct about the voting systems.

I worked as a prescinct inspector for L.A. County for 8 years. Committee members also work at prescincts, so there are plenty of "inside" jobs going on.

In 92, my next door neignbor was Jerry Brown's campaign chair, so the neigborhood had a lot of Jerry Brown yard signs, and Perot. Those were the two big campaigns that year in my prescinct. When we closed the polls, a precinct worker and I put the locked box containing roughly 10K ballots in the back of my car, and we drove to the drop off. Being Nov, it was dark, and a long line of headlights were lining up behind me as we made our way to the station. It was raining. I remember that night very clearly.

We were listening to the radio for election results when Tom Brokaw announced Clinton as winner. The worker and I looked at each other like WTF? How could that be? They hadn't counted ONE of our ballots or any in the cars behind me, and I thought.. "CA, OR, NV, AZ, WA, Alaska, HI.. none of them had been counted, so how did Clinton win?" That is what motivated me to join Ralph Nader, and many of us who joined Nader, had worked elections.

We should all be working elections, or poll watching and challanging the results. I did that this year and I could find nothing wrong, but that doesn't mean there wasn't.

Working polls is a paid job and it can be a lot of fun when you have a good team.

So, you bring up a very important issue here David Robertson, because besides committee seats, which we should all become guests and have a sit in. We should all be going to these meetings as guests/observers and complaining about what happened at the RNC. THAT is how we send them a message. And we should all register to work polls, and we should also be volunteering for every chance do jury duty.

We need to be the government we want to have, not expect others to be that government for us.

How I wish others were learning from them!

Maybe now they will start listening but, I'm not holding my breath.

Please, DPers, prove me wrong!!! Please!!!

I hope that this does not constitute speaking behind somebodys back; it is open for all to read.

Granger makes some very, very good points. She is also doing right by keeping her seat. However, her lack of conception appears to be stagnating what she claims to wish to accomplish.

This convention was unprecedented. Events leading to this were clear indication that this would happen. It will take years, possibly decades, to correct.

Granger is too inclusive [of ones] with the wrong outcome, and not inclusive enough [of ones] with positive change. Also, she must keep her guard up to defend against submission, while lowering her guard enough to be open to learn. Trust me, she has much to learn.

I will offer a suggestion. Not everybody can hold a seat. Work, family, distance, in many cases seats are just not available. If you do have a seat, it may be that establishment has such a strong hold that effective change will never happen. So, this aside, it is imperative to establish friendships both inside and outside of the committee. Maybe you can reach an outsider, who in turn knows an insider, and the insider is more prone to listen to that friend. It is essential to humbly share and spread the message of Liberty, Freedom, even if slightly hinted at in approach. We MUST build coalitions. Likewise, grassroots is imperative to build. They usually are not required to stay within the confines of laws and by-laws, thus able to reach broader communities without repercussion. What better way to win than to have others in your community behind you?

Also, friend others who may not be involved in politics. They may be generous donors of paper, ink and various other supplies, as well as having leads, creative expertise or solutions that could come in handy :-)

We are all Americans. Deep down we all want to be prosperous. Politics is not for everybody, but everybody can dip a finger into it at their leasure. We must be inclusive of all, and spread the message of Liberty in any way that we can. This is what makes for a solid foundation. It is not just a chair, for even chairs do sometimes, though not always, get in the way.

"What if the American people learn the truth" - Ron Paul

There is so much I have learned from The Granger and

a lot we can all learn from her inside view of the GOP and how things really work. People are too quick to vote her comments down to the point where I honestly believe her comments aren't being read. They just see her name and automatically vote her comments down. Either that or some people just don't have a grasp of how the game is played, yet.

That aside, I DO agree with you PAF, about the grassroots. I believe the grassroots are absolutely vital to any efforts people like The Granger make on our behalf! Not everyone is effective in playing the cut throat game of politics. The grassroots do a lot of the grunt work, each of us according to our ablities and our situations. That is the one big disagreement I have with The Granger BUT, it doesn't make me blind to what she is telling us and it certainly doesn't diminish my respect for her! I think her point is that all the sign waving and chanting in the world isn't going to change a thing. My point is that need a whole lot more of our intelligent people actively involved inside the GOP.... and we need that badly! But, unlike The Granger, I applaud the grassroots, too. We must ALL work together on many levels.

The Granger is following the course Dr. Paul laid out for us. Is it too late? Is there a better way? If there is, I am not yet aware of it. We all have much to learn and not much time to learn it. If you know of another, more effective way that has any better chance of succeeding, I'd love to hear it. (BTW, that isn't sarcasm. I'm open to serious suggestions.)

Since you asked:

I do a lot of cheerleading on this site. I pray that our efforts will be fruitful. The most dangerous thing to any corrupt organization is that of hope.

That said, I will be taking a couple of weeks hiatus after November to evaluate where I [this situation] stand. I have many things in the works locally and state, but will be better prepared next election. But the reality is that by the next election, moreso than this election, our voices will not be heard.

I too have much to learn. We must all think outside of the box, and look for better ways to communicate than a message board. As far as not much time to learn, think smart and effective, and you will find your answer. If you get stuck, PM me.
