Establishment trying to set the table for Giuliani victories on Feb 5th?

In the article, it mentions that Luntz basically makes a group pick a different candidate (except Giuliani) week-to-week and help FOX set the table for a Giuliani February 5th sweep. It will be Giuliani's "turn" just before Florida, which is the state just before the 5th.
Sounds absurd, but I can't help but think about this. The goon Hannity once said confidently that Giuliani will definitely win Florida. I know he's been campaigning there but why is Hannity so sure about this?
I'm just throwing that out here to see if I am just extremely paranoid. If not, perhaps there is something the campaign can do to help make sure the mob boss does not have a successful Suer Tuesday.

I think Giulianni was ahead in national polls, although he has not won a two smaller, lesser states IA, and NH.
Giuliani's a big-state man -- Florida, California, New York. But the big states vote late. He's counting on the other candidates to split the early voting states. Because happiness in politics is a divided opposition.

IMHO, This was the plan all along. Have the other candidates splinter each other off and run out of money and sweep Rudy in for the win. They didn't count on Dr Paul getting so much support.
The only way they can and have pulled this off, is to have fraud involved. I tend to stay away from the conspiracy mindset, but it's so obvious the fix is in it's ridiculous.
They will push Fred to win S.C.. then Rudy will ride the Florida/ Feb 5th wave for the win.
