I have visited many countries.

They were all more free than here. Poor countries are far freer than rich ones. It is not profitable to control poor people.

How the US ever got to No. 10 is completely beyond me. If the US has so much economic freedom I wonder why the we have lost nearly all of our factories in the last 20 years.

If this place is free, I may as well wilt away and die.

Yeah I agree. I think

Yeah I agree. I think Switzerland is the freest country I been to. I don't remember seeing any police when I was there, but I'm sure they have them.

In Singapore there are manadory caning punishments (public

whipping) for spitting, jaywalking or littering.

Switzerland also had it's gun laws butchered by the 1999 Gun Act and then further when they agreed to the European Union's Schengen treaty. All guns are now required to be registered, every gun needs a permit to purchase and there is a form of assault weapon ban.

I saw a video online where the Swiss citizens own automatic assult rifles in their homes. All the male citizens are military trained in the local Swiss militias though.

The automatic rifles are only

The automatic rifles are only for those who are currently doing their militia service. Once their service is over, the rifles are converted to semi-auto only if they wish to keep them. Civilians cannot own fully automatic weapons.

Right now, more than $100k per citizen in their oil fund.
They did sth. all the other european nations failed to do: They build up savings! Well, mainly to finance the high social costs in the future. The fund invests only abroad and follows ethical guidelines.
