Nulifacation is our ultimate power as citizens. currently 24 states are nullifying different federal laws and even threatening arrest of federal agents who attempt to enforce. It is also being used at the local level to protect citizens from abusive police tactics by hanging jurries.
I wish more people would jump on board the nullification movement, it is the last resort to try and resolve our grievances peacefully. Check out this excellent video it's history since Thomas Jefferson introduce the concept and the Tenth Amendment to the Constition, to protect us from abusive government.

I don't understand why this topic isn't attracting more interest on DailyPaul. We could probably make more progress with nullification than by getting RP elected. RP himself brings up nullification all the time as something we have to get back to. It's the ultimate protection against federal overreach.
