Faulty Partial View: Oligarchy Does Not Care Who You Are

This film paints a Partial Faulty View of FULL reality. It pits poor against the middle class or affluent / black against white, etc. The oligarchy does not care who you are... poor, uneducated white or PhD of color. We are all serfs / slaves to them. The elections/ voting machines are rigged by those in power. Period.

After all, he who counts the votes is the only one that really counts AND he's NOT American.....

If you stick a paper dollar in a coin machine...and it never pays out. Do you go and try it again, and again and again and ...?

Either we the people no longer wanted Constitutional government.

Or it doesn't really matter what we want

As long as the media can manufacture popular consent in spite of reality and the reported vote tabulations confirm that consent then all is good(?)!

I have no proof that my vote counted but I did get a little stick proclaiming that "I Voted". But was I counted?

Unless Ron Paul is on the ballot, I am not voting for President. I do not consent to what that Office has become.

Bev Harris made an appearance within the "Watch The Vote 2012" group on Facebook. She was basically asking for links to documents and video, as well as testimony of the primary fraud against Ron Paul, both in the voting booth and at the county and state conventions.

Sure. Honest people don't cheat.

But naive people assume others don't cheat. As fallen as our society has become, one has to assume that certain individuals or parties will cheat. So one has to be prepared to defend against cheating, properly observe, record, document and then expose it when it happens.

Based on what happened in 2007-2008, the Ron Paul campaign and we supporters should have known full well that cheating was going to be repeated again in 2012. The logical preparation for this should have entailed lining up Certified Professional Parliamentarians for two basic purposes:

1) To attend and observe the various Republican Party caucuses and conventions to ensure that proper parliamentary procedure and adherence to Roberts' Rules was followed. In the event it was not, the Certified Parliamentarian would be prepared to write an official Parliamentary Opinion which subsequently would provide the basis to invalidate any improperly-reached result in a civil lawsuit against the Republican Party and in accordance with the respective state and federal election laws.

2) To train supporters and delegates in parliamentary procedure and how best to assert and defend ones' rights within the

This didn't happen. If the campaign had spent a fraction of what Jesse Benton, John Tate, and others took in salary on preparing for the parliamentary and legal challenges we KNEW would happen, this could have been won. The campaign leadership in 2012 threw the election and were never serious about winning. We donors were conned.

"That Didn't Happen"

Yes, it did. That is to say, several conventions had this training and brought parlamentarians with them, only to have the rules ignored. Where were you?

What do you think? http://consequeries.com/

Re: only to have the rules ignored.

If you had paid any attention in 2007-8, you should have known the rules would be ignored. This isn't recess time on the preschool playground where 'teacher' steps in and makes the bullies 'play fair.' Politics is a rough game and the GOP doesn't play a softball version. As much as I admire Dr. Paul for his adherence to principles and willingness to speak the truth, the campaign was managed beyond amateurishly or with intentional disregard for playing to win.

I spoke directly to RP at a private fundraiser in 2010 about the dirty tricks to be expected, what the GOP had done in my state to his supporters in the county central committees following the 2008 election to purge them. I also explained that the ONLY thing that the county and state party apparatchiks respected, the one thing that stopped them dead in their tracks like garlic and crosses to vampires or silver bullets to werewolves, was invalidating their actions with a Parliamentary Opinion from a CPP with the threat of follow up legal action. Jessie Benton also was present.

One only has rights if he or she is willing to stand up, asserts those rights, and defend them vigorously if necessary. Ron Paul is well-experienced, had suffered similar abuses in 2008 and probably prior elections, yet did not adequately plan a campaign that would handle these types of issues when invariably they would arise again. He also failed to assemble a team with the necessary skills to whom he could delegate these tasks. I'm very sorry, heartbroken even, that the campaign failed. I'm also extremely disappointed in myself for having donated to the limit in 2008 and this time donated nearly the same amount against my own reservations after seeing early missteps by the campaign and its unwillingness or lack of spine to contest clearly-stolen results in early states. Still, I rationalized to myself, "What other choice do I have? The country's going to hell in a hand basket and RP is our best chance to turn it around."

We have to be 100% honest with ourselves as we each try to figure out where we go from here. Suppose for a minute our dream came true and RP somehow had gotten the GOP nomination, faced Obama and won in November. Does the RP 2012 team that he assembled give you confidence that RP could assemble a Cabinet that would effectively deal with, say, a Cuban Missile Crisis like JFK did? If you honestly answer that question, you might not like the answer.

Anyone can say he/she is a 'parliamentarian'

But it is another matter altogether and a substantial time investment to take the necessary training and pass the exams to become a Certified Parliamentarian or a Certified Professional Parliamentarian. These are formal credentials that you may have seen appended to someone's name, such as Ph.D, or Certified Engineer, etc.

There are two bodies that formally train and credential parliamentarians: American Institute of Parliamentarians and the National Association of Parliamentarians. AIP and NAP can refer individuals in your area that have been certified. In a lawsuit, I would not expect a Parliamentary Opinion to be respected by a judge unless it had been issued by someone with credentials from either one, or preferably both, AIP and NAP. Likewise, an uncrededentialed 'parliamentarian' would not be an unassailable expert witness.

I get the feeling that the Bob Corker

election and the congressional one for Diane Black was rigged. I don't know anybody who voted for him.
There was huge Tea Party support for the opponents of these candidates, but they overwhelmingly won.
Bob Corker gets 88% and Diane Black wins 2-1?
I feel like I'm in the Soviet Union.
Bob did have a 12 million war chest, maybe it gets you some special code. It's hard to know what's what. The voting machines here don't even print out a piece of paper. It would be so easy to rig.

The voting rigging MUST STOP!!!

We have AMERICAN troops DYING overseas to ensure free and fair elections. Remember newspapers with this? http://blogs.guardian.co.uk/news/archives/images/finger.jpg

The Republican Party just made a mockery of those sacrifices. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cBx__69pkpY)

Three cheers for Bev Harris a

Three cheers for Bev Harris a true American hero.

I'd be speachless

except that I think I have a solution that's doable.

We make it too much work to rig the popular vote which brings light on all the rest. If the popular vote in TX was flipped from the 'official' system ...AND a judge said the official one was a fraud, we would see heads roll. Just sayin....

We can do this. This is a bi-partisan idea that crosses not only people from both parties, it hits home with people from all groups. And best of all, it's constitutionality would not be questioned.

Two "E's" in Speechless my man..

Gotta love distracted comments

I find it amazing that my last two solution type posts, which each took hours to compose and write got less total attention on this damn site than did one little typo. I swear, I don't even know why I try. Maybe I should have filled them with typos.

I'd love to see how many have even read those two detailed, heartfelt posts, but I'm not sure I'd want to see the results.
