EPJ: The Scariest Thing about Living in the United States

Economic Policy Journal:

It is not the Federal Reserve and high price inflation----though that is very serious.

It is the growing capability of the U.S. government to monitor all our activities and record them for future reference. As the country gets more totalitarian, more and more people will get caught in the web. Brandon Raub was an early example. Down the road there may not be a Rutherford Institute to leap to the defense of others---and, indeed, a defense might even be ignored.

Here's a short video by a former NSA employee blowing the whistle on what is being developed and how detailed the tracking will be.

Actually..... this is scarier

and this

It is the people who are unaware, apathetic or asleep to the dangers that are our real challenge.

Thomas Jefferson: “Indeed, I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just, that His justice cannot sleep forever."

Viva La Revolucion!

The good news is....

when the economy takes a nosedive, the government might not even be able to afford to maintain all this crap.

I don't play, I commission the league.

Thank you for posting this

Every day more of the pieces of the puzzle are put into place. The problem is that we are not getting this information out to the masses quickly enough. Knowledge is power and every day more and more whistleblowers are coming forward to warn us of the truth and that we as a people need to stop the total takeover of our government and the destruction of our Constitution. Everyone, please share this. I now use "startpage" as my search engine. Whether it protects me from big brothers eyes or not, I have nothing to lose in comparasion to Big Brother's GOOGLE. I searched "operation stellar wind" and will spend the rest of my day researching it instead of deadening my brain with television. It takes only ONE search item like this to bring you to so many other items of truth to research. They are watching all of us and already have plenty of information on us so we have nothing to lose to continue our quest for truth and our obligation to share it.

does this mean they are profiling us right now? Scary stuff

His name is Edward Snowden

What is Capitalism?

Are you serious ?

Are you serious ?

Of course they do. The Daily Paul, among many other websites, is on their watch list.

Btw, they sure KNOW WHAT I AM DOING WITH MY FINGER TO THEM, right now.

(Gentle gesture. I just felt compelled.)

They can COME AND GET ME ANY TIME for my exercising my right of the 1st amendment.

Yeah, they can try TO VIOLATE MY RIGHT TO TELL THEM I DESPISE them and I really hope for them TO REPENT FOR WHAT they prepare themselves to do after their surveillance.

TRAITORS. Yes : TRAITORS to The People.

Ahh, feeling better.

Well i hope you know

NOT EVERYONE IN AMERICA KNOWS THIS. Thats more scary to me than getting profiled.

His name is Edward Snowden

What is Capitalism?

wrong - the scariest thing is that we must choose ...

btw financing mass murder w our tax dollars, or being imprisoned.

And until we summon the bravery to demand that they "come get it", we deserve exactly what we get.

"They're monitoring me !"
"They stole my delegate rights !"
"They stopped/searched my car !"

Before whining about the terrible abuses we suffer,
pl stop to consider what it would be like to see your children maimed or killed by some POS USM psychopath clicking buttons on the other side of the FN planet.
THAT's "abuse", and WE paid for it.
WE pay for the bombs, and WE pay the psychopaths to detonate them.
So the trivial abuses we're subjected to are not acts of tyranny, so much as justice.

We must resurrect the 4th

We must resurrect the 4th amendment. The thought is so depressing to live in a nation without safety from the criminals who are running the country.

Of course, everybody remembers the Utah Spy Center is...

Er... Sorry, no.

Yes, that's right :

$ 2 , 0 0 0 , 0 0 0 , 0 0 0

This is the country where they make things BIG :

Have Any of You

noticed the cameras going up on ALL the redlights everywhere? Not just the ones that take pics if you run the light but on TOP of the lights in ALL directions. It is disgusting!

Bush started the fire and Obama added the gas.

Completely agree. I've been wanting to join for a while now and this finally put me over the edge to become a member. I get more news here than I ever have on the tv. Obama preached of ending the power grabs and since he has become President. He doubled down on it with the NDAA. When will people finally realize that the little stuff we fight for is nothing compared to having them take 100% control over us. I used to think people where wack jobs, talking about tapping the phones and us becoming like Russia. Now, I have become the wack job. Sad that it just takes a few google searches to open your eyes, and yet there are still millions who haven't.

Thank you guys for helping open my eyes..which started in August 2011..sadly.

Begs the question

Who was the spark that lit the flame?

Reading Wolf's "The End of America"

This video sends chills down my spine.

Re surveillance, who are the 13 senators? We need to know so

we can let them know we support them. We need to know more about what's in the letter so we can urge our own senators to join with them.

When we try to pick out anything by itself, we find it hitched to everything else in the Universe.

gross negligence to national security request immediate action

whether or not the data has been "intercepted" or not is irrelevant. The fact is that by collecting and storing private and personal data on, U.S. citizens, without full dislosure of that information and consent from each individual, they've consequently put at tremendous risk the privacy, property and lives of every individual they have, without consent, gathered information from and have stored in their databases. Whether or not they have "spied" or intercepted is not important so much as the potential acquisition of all this data by foriegn national governments, militaries or terrorist organizations by any means be it covert or otherwise.

Great tool..

I've been using this video for the past couple weeks to show friends and family the encroaching dangers (utah center will be done in just a year or two!!!)... it is probably the most effective video I have, and I've seen a lot, sadly this is because it is done by NYT which to me is about as credible as Iran's State Media... (err maybe even less so!!)

So many federal bureaucrats must be living

in fear, lacking the courage to speak the truth. Kudos to Binney.

They're so far outside

the law, they have to change the law to keep from going to prison, or make up "secret" law, to hide what they've been doing. There's only one direction this is headed. Us against them. Will they kill us all to hide what they've been doing?

Eric Holder And Jon Corzine For Example

If you're "on the inside", the laws don't apply

Good one.
