All WE have to do is
1) Work our butts off to make sure HE (not a party - HIM) can get into the debates
2) Work our butts off to make sure that HE (not a party - HIM) is on the ballot in all 50 states and Puerto Rico
3) And if ALL OF THAT IS IN PLACE.... then he would "give serious consideration to running".

If Ventura is serious about WINNING in 2016 then he needs to begin working on this immediately. Jesse needs to begin running immediately as if he is being chased by a pack of wolves.

He would be a formidable opponent against the 'DemoCRIPS and ReBLOODlicans' in 2016. To pull this off he would have to start organizing and fund raising as soon as November is put to bed.

I take it a step further and wonder if he isn't just a useful and boisterous tool for some manipulator to sully the image of decent truth seeking Americans.

He certainly has no place representing the liberty movement. The simple fact that he can see the sham of the two party system doesn't hold nearly enough weight at this point in the game.

I don't even know what the No-Party party is or what they stand for. I am a new libertarian and joined because it was pretty self expanitory and made sense throughout. the defenition is in the name. but the No-party party. I'm confused. will he be in the primary debates then? obviously that matters.

Hey Wes, what you said about "US Senate candidates in favor of repealing the 17th amendment" was pretty cool man! I agree w/ SFTS too. It does sound exactly like something Jesse Ventura would say, lol! His chances of success are interesting to ponder. I know he's got a solid base in MN and name recognition, but he also now has a history of saying very controversial things in the media, which I like that about him, but could be used against him by MSM smear campaigns. Like Ron Paul, Jesse is his own worst enemy.

I hope he sees this, and runs for Senate instead. I hope he takes your line for a campaign slogan too!

OMG that sounds like something he would say. I swear, at the same time I was reading this, I could hear Ventura's voice narrating in my head. lol

But I totally agree. He could have a realistic shot at getting elected to the Senate in 2014. Personally I think Gary Johnson should run for Senate in 2014 on the Libertarian ticket. We need to be eying the 2014 midterms not the 2016 White House. This country needs good men and women to step to the plate for liberty and constitution NOW, sooner not later.
