What are You Going to do in November?

The resignation of Jesse Benton is bringing up many questions about the future of the Liberty movement and a strong critique of past actions see the latest post by Adam Kokesh. However for the moment we do not have to worry about either personal or tactical mistakes already made. We do not have to give any more money or time to anyone whether we are grassroots or fancy ourselves as political operatives all we have to do is walk into the booth and vote for Liberty. Now I am sure that the people who read and post on this site can come up with all kinds of reasons why voting for Gary Johnson would be a waste of time because he probably will not take power or that he is not the perfect candidate but how else can voting for him be interpreted by the American people as anything other than a strong expression of our desire for freedom? Is that not what the Liberty movement is all about. Now many of the faults that exist in both the Democratic and Republican parties can be found within the Libertarian Party but I am not asking you to vote for a party I am asking you to vote for Gary Johnson. When we gave our hearts and souls to Ron Paul we wanted to win not just for ourselves but for our nation. However. we were not overly concerned with winning we really wanted our message to be heard. It is now time to send the Republicans and Democrats the message that the key to their remaining in power is knowing that protecting our liberty is important the same message that Ron Paul sent. When you vote for Gary Johnson you will send that message. Let us make it as loud as possible.

We're Celebrating

...with a "Keep Home the Vote" party. :)

Do what you think is

right for you.

I personally will be helping my husband rack and mulch leaves for the garden, it seems more productive and positive use of my time than voting in elections that are staged, and for entertainment purposes only.

The only think we show by voting, we can still be manipulated and have false hope in a corrupt system. IMO

"We can see with our eyes, hear with our ears and feel with our touch, but we understand with our hearts."

Our message when voting for

Our message when voting for Ron Paul was that we would never again vote for the lesser of two evils, but instead vote for the man we felt fit for the job. There is no doubt that Ron Paul is the best man for the job. When all the neocons were screaming that we needed to vote for Romney to send a unified message and to defeat Obama, we stood on our integrity and swore to vote according to principle and not pressure by voting for Ron Paul instead of the lesser of evils. I will still vote my conscience and will not succumb to the pressure to vote for the lesser of evils in Nov. I will write in Ron Paul.

What kind of message do you

What kind of message do you think you will be sending out to the masses? Do you really want to send a muddied liberty message? Are you for - keeping guantanamo open, military tribunals, privatized prisons, staying vigilant on the war on terror, humanitarian wars, NAFTA/CAFTA, open borders, a "fair" tax, etc?

Sorry to disappoint you, but that is not the message I will be sending in November. My state counts write ins. The message I want to send is deeply rooted in liberty.
