How get removed webpage, that was saved, back online as a cached page?

I have the webpage saved for this very important information concerning the assault found in this DP thread - MassGOP Lawyer Vincent DeVito Assaults Woman at RNC.

The page was saved in Firefox, so it has an .html file and its folder.

How can I get this back online?
