We have been down this road before...

Thomas Paine: "In absence of a constitution men look entirely to party and instead of principle governing party, party governs principle..."

Principles OR Party?

Remember CISPA, NDAA, FISA Bill, Homegrown Terrorism Bill, Patriot Act 1 & 2, et, al... How does capitulation and politics stop that?

When you have NO advocates... and they take your resources like the internet, then what? Is a call to your Rep or Senator going stop them from labeling you a Domestic Terrorist/Radical Extremist? Are they going to prevent the police from coming at your door? Stop illegal surveillance against YOU? Has politics been effective in stopping ANY of that...even NOW, No!

Only YOU can! But you put that aside, so you can participate in a RIGGED game, using up vital resources, with the faint hope that MAYBE, a guy you support may be permitted to get in, and MAYBE he or she MIGHT, give you back a sliver of freedom that is your birthright?

And to top it all off, we have to pat on the back those who become part of this system and listen to them tell us that in the long run, something MIGHT change IF they can just ingratiate themselves to a position of influence... and WE have to be patient and compromise a little bit each day, until there is no principle left, and then they got us. And we will then be fully assimilated as George Bush Republicans, instead of Ron Paul principled, liberty minded advocates...

You can have principles, or you can have a party, the party has made it CLEAR by their actions that you can't have both... Power OR principles... You'll have to choose. Just be sure your making the right choice and not fooling yourself to become what you proclaim to despise.

Yup. That's right.
