You made some really good

You made some really good points, particularly concerning Theil. And yes, Jack needs a proper haircut.

Do these people forget Thomas Paine?

It was Thomas Paine who had to operate as a ghost writer many times, because what he talked about was a 'conspiracy', by the King and his henchmen, who would have hung Paine if they caught. Thomas Paine literally woke up many to have the courage and desire to defeat Tyrannical Monarchy enslaving America. I guess from what Hunter eludes, Thomas Paine was just a 'conspiracy nut'. Hey, Jack, if you are afraid to talk about the Rothchild and cohorts, unelected minions debating our policies to establish their next steps in ending our Rebublic for their Totalitarian Corporatist Rule, then you should get the hell out of our movement! If Ben Swann can present the 'conspiracies'(not theory), by present the empirical facts, why can't you? I used to like his rants when he was the Southern Avenger @ the American Conservative, but now he's just the Southern Weenie @ the Poweder Puff Press!

unbelievable that he called security on those guys!

what an arrogant little weasel! ridiculing and calling security on people who are behaving honorably behind their backs!

This is the same attitude

As the government do-gooders that think they know better how to spend our money. Us dummies just give them money and keep our mouths shut, especially don't question official explanations of events and such. They are smarter and know better how to get us more liberty, so we need to just shut up and let them do it and quit making them look bad with looney talk.

Good for Jack

Dont worry buddy, the vast majority of us agree with your sentiments. Way to stand your ground.

His demeanor was not appropriate.

He didn't help things, he is causing more division.

Neither was his wig.

Very inappropriate, indeed.

If this had been a Ron Paul person questioning a Romney campaign

Official you would be up in arms about the treatment they were receiving for asking questions and posing NO THREAT. Only weasels call security because they are uncomfortable. Jack Hunter was someone I used to really like, now he is being a hypocritical doosher to some of the core people who got the revolution started. SHAME!!!

Because its ok to harass

Because its ok to harass people that are pure evil like Romney's campaign officials but less ok to harass the less evil people in the Ron Paul movement. Makes sense to me.

Come on We are Change

END the FED!!!

It seems like John Tate and

It seems like John Tate and the official campaign appreciated all of the money we donated, but past that, they wish we had all dropped dead.

Resist the temptation to feed the trolls.

I agree with your sentiment,

my hard earned money will not be flowing out as easily next election cycle. Unless someone with more openness and charisma is running the campaign, i.e. Doug Wead or Tom Woods.

And I agree with yours.

And I agree with yours. My wallet will not be coming out so easily or so often. I don't care who the candidate is. I will scrutinize their staffers like they won't believe before I would even think of donating. I want resumes and lie detector tests for all of them!

Resist the temptation to feed the trolls.

If Tate is anywhere around I'm gone.

And if he didn't fire Jesse, he should have. Since he doesn't know that then ,,,

Free includes debt-free!

Neocons in sheeps clothing

Many of these people are showing their true colors. They may call us kooks, and they may not like it, but the truth will prevail in the end! For what it is worth, us 'kooky' truth seekers will be on the right side of history.

"incapable of presenting themselves in a respectable manner."

Mr. Hunter wrote that in his recent statement about We Are Change after this interview.

Barring any off screen exchanges not shown in the video, I saw nothing disrespectful about what Bob Phillips did here.

He asked if Mr. Hunter had a minute to talk, presented himself, who he was and who he worked for, and before he could even ask a perfectly legitimate question about an issue Jack himself brought up in a recent article Jack wrote, Jack rudely walked off. Bob caught up to him and asked the question anyway and Jack stopped to answer it, in a very crass and disrespectful way. The question didnt imply any bias, it was straightforward and Jack should have been able to answer it in a straight forward and respectful manner, the same he insists others present themselves in, or he should have been able to politely decline the interview or reschedule it for another time and just provide no comment. He did not do any of that, rather he called security and yelled at them to "get the hell out of here".

In either case, the Tate and Hunter interview, Mr. Phillips presented himself respectfully and professionally according to whats on the video. I don't agree with impromptu interviews while people are on the go is the best most respectful way to interview someone but sometimes that's the only way you can get a word from them. They are adults and they can decline the interview or reschedule if they feel it's disrespectful for reporters to question them out of the blue. Public figures, especially those in the liberty movement should have no fear of questions. Now if those questions start becoming accusations or implying wrong doing then it has ceased to be an interview and just an ambush and mud slinging affair. But honest objective questions should never be feared.

I'm not very fond of We are change overall but I do see them doing good things from time to time, and when they don't I criticize them, not because I hope they go away, but in hopes they will improve and be more effective. For example when Luke Rudkowski tried to get comments from Rand Paul a few months ago http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WtO5INu-VY4. I thought his approach was very rude and disrespectful and a lot of what Mr. Hunter described in his recent response to We are change. Rand declined to interview as he was walking and having a private conversation with a colleague. He even asked if Luke would set up an interview if he would like. Luke rudely dismissed the idea as futile and kept pestering him and implying things and stopped trying to conduct an interview but paint Rand in a bad light. That is rude, that is disrespectful, that behavior damages both the movement and We Are Changes credibility.

I'm not saying We Are Change or Luke is bad and damaging and should be avoided like I believe Jack was misguidedly saying, they do some good things and ask the hard questions, but they should go out of their way, as Jack suggests, to present themselves as professionally and respectfully as possible as they ask the tough questions that are so rare these days. Don't give them opportunity to dismiss you for amateurish mistakes. I also suggest that Mr. Hunter does the same. That was a very rude, amateurish and childish response on his part.

As for Mr. Tate, I never cared for the guy. He's disconnected from the grassroots, scared of it in fact, just look at the way he runs away from simple yet important questions many of the grassroots are wondering. I wish he would have left Campaign For Liberty along with Jesse Benton. I signed up for C4L the very day it started and had high hopes for it, but then saw Mr. Tate run it into the ground. I can't stand his or Matt Hawes incessant 5 page impenetrable mess of bold and underlined wall of text emails and wasteful snail mails. I left C4L because of it and him and refuse to donate any money to it while he or anyone like him is still in charge or anywhere near its leadership.

While I don't agree with everything they do or say I do believe there is a place for We Are Change. Mr. Phillips did admirably in these interviews and especially in the very informative interview with Mr. Wead. Kudos.

/2 cents

Jack Hunter is a worm.

Jack starts name calling and interrupting before the man even had a chance to speak.

Jack was pivotal in the backroom dealings that led the official campaign to fall extremely short and divided from the grassroots.

You don't see Doug Wead behave this way...

Jack has shown his true establishment colours too many times for me to embrace him as a 'leader' in the fight for Liberty.

Luke ambushing Rand Paul...

Luke ambushing Rand Paul was too much.

And attacking Zbigniew with bad information.

As funny as some of the confrontations are, it's a caricature of the truth. You can only justify ambushing certain people. Just because someone won't talk to you, doesn't give you the right to chase them down.

Also attacking Peter Thiel is ridiculous. And for as much as people talk about Bilderberg, why doesn't anyone talk about libertarian-counter solutions to the issues Bilderberg focuses on. That's why Thiel is there.

I can kind of see both sides of this. But...

I can kind of see both sides of this.

But consider this: I know of a certain statesman who probably heard this many times "Yes there's a Federal Reserve and yes it's a private banking cartel, and yes it's wrecking havoc in multiple ways, but to keep bringing it all the time makes you look kooky. It looks bad so you shouldn't talk about it."

If everyone is afraid to bring up a given subject, nothing will ever be done about it.

Fortunately, that certain statesman kept on and on about the Federal Reserve until people started listening.

The look of disdain on Tates face when the DP is mentioned (wtf?). And the looks on Jack's face, and his body language, and the attitude, he [and Tate] directed toward a independent grassoots media reporter (wtf?). It's kind of obvious these gentlemen (and Jesse) have nothing but disdain and contempt for most anything, if not everything, "grassroots". (wtf?)

one wtf after another

It's just been one wtf after another since June. lol

Fancy Shmancy Fine Print:

I think Hunter was probably

I think Hunter was probably aware of the previous Bilderburg ambushes. Hunter is clear on his Bilderburg stance, he has been quite open about it. Chasing him down when he has nothing to hide regarding his thoughts on the matter was silly.

Hunter has made it perfectly clear in the past that he will roll his eyes when people bring up that type of thing... and naturally is going to get defensive when he gets ambushed by a camera and interrogated about Bilderburg.

I wondered about that too.

I wondered about that too. The look on Tate's face when he mentioned the DP. I think he knows we've got his number...

truth does not fear investigation.

Hunter's walking like he just got a nice "back rub" from McConnell.

If there are elected officials meeting in a secretive, non-transparent fashion and bypassing the checks and balances of our system, then they need to be investigated, exposed, and routed out.

Maybe it was a "front rub?"

Maybe it was a "front rub?"

Oh I shouldn't have said that...

TRUTH is what we must cling to if this movement is to succeed!

Stop calling the truth "conspiracy theories", Mr. Hunter.

Christians should not be warmongers! http://www.lewrockwell.com/vance/vance87.html

Exactly right!

What's a "Conspiracy Theory" called when you have mounting evidence to support it?

A Conspiracy.

1) A secret plan by a group to do something unlawful or harmful.
2) The action of plotting or conspiring.

Committing treason by meeting with foreign officials to discuss foreign policy issues under a Bilderberg non-disclosure agreement pretty much says it all. Perhaps Jack's thick accent is cutting off the "smart" to his brain.
