There is a reason the right to keep and bear arms is #2 on the amendment list and not #7. Anyone who asserts the founding fathers merely wanted the militia to be armed by State governments and not that individual citizens should always have the right to weapons is not to even be taken seriously.

This is a ridiculous post for the Daily Paul if you believe in the constitution and liberty you would never think that taking guns away is a good idea ever.

I don't see one credible argument for gun control.
