Come on I'm not even a cop and I know they make a bean bag shell for a shot gun. I guess it wasn't worth taking the time to duck behind something and put a different round in your gun. Jeez! Can't let anyone see us hiding from an old lady lets make an example out of her and shoot her dead. And we call our selves civilized.

The cops are scared, and react to the slightest provocation with deadly force..in the knowledge they will be vindicated. A recruiting issue, and a mentality that needs to be delt with now..by whom?

this wasn't labelled an "isolated incident", like so many other MURDERS committed by the police.

Also, I can't believe that some comments on that site are trying to make excuses for these vermin. It amazes me how the same species that figured out space travel can't manage to see an in-your-face police state.

A life was taken without due process. In violation of the Constitution.

It he officer owes allegience to the Constitution then they are guilty of Treason in their failure to uphold and defend the Cosntitution.

If the Courts do no move on this in a timely fashion the the judge is guilty of misprision of Treason.

If the officer has no allegiance to the Constitution, he is still guilty of murder in cold blood on private property.
