Yeah, this looks interesting. Downsizing is necessary, like pruning a fruit tree. And there is a safety issue to abandoned buildings. Septic tanks need removal, wells capped or filled, power removed back to the pole, etc. A demolitions recycling venture comes to mind.

What did you think about the Au gas masks and Midas touch?
