Fed Gov't Buys Illinois Prison. Talk of gitmo transfers.

so... weird news story about the federal government buying up a prison in illinois.... Whats weird tho is some articles talk of bypass of congress, most speculate whether it wil be used to house gitmo detaniees. Not much detail on whether it would be under the federal bureau of prispons or military control... Was hoping someone might know more..... but certainly seems odd. And blending our prison system with foreign detaniees...well..

FOX reporting prison would be under DOJ control and that Obama admin bypassed Congress..... Seems like the story will be whether gitmo detaniees will be held there... real question will US Citizens be held there outside the regular prison system?
