Rand Paul will be a Guest on Jon Stewart's Daily Show Tonight

I hope Rand will speak about his new book Government Bullies: How Everyday Americans Are Being Harassed, Abused, and Imprisoned by the Feds, Ending the Foreign Aid, Auditing the Pentagon, his stance against bombing Iran, etc. and not about his endorsement of Romney.

*Wisconsin Constitution* Article I, Section 25 "The people have the right to keep and bear arms for security, defense, hunting, recreation or any other law-abiding purpose"

Maybe he can educate young people because the school system is rigged against them

I'm So Happy!

I don't have a television.

The Socialist

will still back the socialist. Rand will get to some audience members, but they'll be back to being Stewart Zombies the next day he rings his pavlovian bell to his liberal socialist ways.

I suppose once Romney loses

I suppose once Romney loses by a wide margin Rand will have plenty of time to soft-pedal his endorsement by saying things like, "Obviously America didn't care for Mitt Romney"...

Yep, this is the hard truth

About 25-30% of college students have a political/philosophical brain....the rest are trendy leftists.

Oh please!

If there's one person on television who has treated Ron Paul with respect and admiration, it's John Stewart. He may not be a libertarian (I wouldn't know), but he's certainly not a propagandist.

The first time I ever saw Dr. Paul

he was on the daily show. I was impressed that he came out smelling like roses despite the general plan to make him look foolish. I'd say ther eis no such thing as bad publicity when the opposition seeks to bury your message

Only to pull your strings

where was he during the campaign? He was only interested in mocking Republicans using Ron Paul as a puppet.

All you people that tout Stewart, Maddow and Maher as some sort of Liberty friendly people are deluding yourselves.

Where was he during the campaign?

Sticking up for Ron Paul. And not in the Maddow or Maher way of using him as a vice to make Republicans look bad. I'm not saying he agrees wholly or even partly with any of our positions, but he certainly shows genuine admiration for Ron Paul. Furthermore, it wouldn't take but a week of watching the Daily Show to see that no one, regardless of ideology, is safe from being made a joke.

Friend? Yes. Supporter? Doubtful. Socialist bell-ringer? Absolutely not.

The thing about Rand is,

that unlike his dad, when he dances he comes across more as a status quo poltician. And that is what average Joe will see and most likely conclude. Will what does work for results in the future?

I've come to the conclusion ...

... that we need liberty-oriented people using multiple methods.

We will not all agree on everything, anyway. Not ever.

That is part of freedom, too. One person thinks it is best to be an anarcho-capitalist. Another thinks it is best to go the Libertarian Party route. Another thinks we just need to tweak the Tea Party movement. Another thinks we need to take over the GOP. Another thinks we should act like Republicans and take over softly.

Everybody is right. We need to hit the collectivists from as many angles as we possibly can, just like they have been doing to us for centuries.

The moment I see Rand actually VOTING for anti-libertarian laws -- regardless of how it might be rationalized -- is the moment his is no longer friend, but foe. Until that day arrives, he is a friend in liberty.

The pretenders are easy to spot: forget what they say, just watch what they do WHEN IT REALLY COUNTS. (Hint: Paul Ryan)(Hint: Jesse Benton)(Hint: George W. Bush)(Hint: Mitt Romney)

If your going to downvote, don't hide.

Have the courage to explain your position.
