The true reason US fears Iranian nukes: they can deter US attacks

"Every now and then, they reveal the real reason: Iranian nuclear weapons prevent the US from attacking Iran at will, and that is what is intolerable. The latest person to unwittingly reveal the real reason for viewing an Iranian nuclear capacity as unacceptable was GOP Senator Lindsey Graham, one of the US's most reliable and bloodthirsty warmongers.

On Monday, Graham spoke in North Augusta, South Carolina, and was asked about the way in which sanctions were harming ordinary Iranians. Ayman Hossam Fadel was present and recorded the exchange. Answering that question, Graham praised President Obama for threatening Iran with war over nuclear weapons, decreed that "the Iranian people should be willing to suffer now for a better future," and then – invoking the trite neocon script that is hauled out whenever new wars are being justified – analogized Iranian nukes to Hitler in the 1930s. But in the middle of his answer, he explained the real reason Iranian nuclear weapons should be feared:

"They have two goals: one, regime survival. The best way for the regime surviving, in their mind, is having a nuclear weapon, because when you have a nuclear weapon, nobody attacks you."

Thank you Senator

Now that the truth has came out We the People have decided your time in office has come to an end. The wars must stop and fiat currencies are soon to follow.

Imagine

Iran has been reported to have, or is on its way to having, a nuke for 20 years now. I agree, this isn't about Iran and nukes, it's about propping up the failed global economy.

I'm still trying to track down where 143 tons of gold taken from Libya is now located. I wonder if the Libyan people will ever wake up to the theft of their assets?

It's about Fiat Money not bombs.

It is not about Iranian nuclear weapons. It is about enforcing the Fiat Money System.

Iran is one of only three countries left in the world whose central bank is not under Rothschild control. Before 9-11 there were reportedly seven: Afghanistan, Iraq, Sudan, Libya, Cuba, North Korea and Iran. By 2003, however, Afghanistan and Iraq were swallowed up by the Rothschild octopus, and by 2011 Sudan and Libya were also gone. In Libya, a Rothschild bank was established in Benghazi while the country was still at war.

When these sovereign countries refused to accept fiat currency they were invaded and introduced to democracy.

Iran is now accepting only gold for their oil. It's not about nuclear weapons.

The purpose of the wars is to enforce the Bankers Fiat Money System.

This is ridiculous

Iran is not seeking a nuke. Period. That has been proven repeatedly by American Intelligence and the IAEA.

Mitt Romney has promised war

Mitt Romney has promised war with Iran if elected to stop them from building a nuclear weapon. That said, how does he intend to blow up their nuclear sites? Will conventional bombs do the job, or will he use nuclear weapons? It has been acknowledged that some sites are buried in mountains. Will Russia and China sit idly by while we bomb Iran with nuclear weapons? Or, will the people of the US sit idly by while we deploy thousands of US forces on the ground to do the job? Stupid is as stupid does -- a somber thought to say the least.

This Is The Debate That Obama Should Win Handily

In the foreign policy debate, Obama can position himself as the peace candidate because Romney is more hungry for war with Iran.
