The Love/Hate Relationship Between Jack Hunter & Conspiracy Theorists

Blame it on the poor website ranking, the not-so popular Facebook page, or the hardly followed twitter account, but once again, Jack Hunter has written multiple articles this past week, mocking conspiracy theorists. He’s likely taking a page out of Austin Petersen’s playbook.

Before Austin Petersen went on his 5 month long (and counting) anti-conspiracy theorist rant, he was known by some, as the guy who produced “Freedom Watch”. Thanks to his constant attacks against conspiracy theorists, Austin has now become a household name within the Liberty movement. He even got Alex Jones’ attention, who called out Austin during one of his shows. For those who don’t know, getting a plug from Alex Jones is a big deal, in terms of getting your name out there. Alex Jones has one of the most loyal followings in the Liberty movement.

The strategy being applied by Austin, and now apparently Jack as well, is one of the most obvious strategies, and yet we all still fall for it...

Actually...

Actually Jack Hunter is doing the correct thing. He is more interested in the movement and making libertarianism mainstream and not catering to a niche audience for a buck.

Having arguments that have agreed upon facts give far better results long term than theories and don't scare off the mainstream or shadow the movement from the mainstream.

Swallow your conspiracy theorist pride. Learn, listen but argue without theory.

Jack has more intelligence in his thumb

than you conspiracy types.

"the not-so popular Facebook page, or the hardly followed twitter account, but once again, Jack Hunter has written multiple articles this past week, mocking conspiracy theorists. "

umm, considering every post he makes gets 100+ likes on one of his posts, on both of his pages, I'd say hes doing pretty well. He speaks for a large percentage of the electorate, unlike the DailyPaultard. He is consistently on several radio outlets and magazines.

Get back on your cat track, noodler, or ride the gonj down.

If Jack was an intelligent politician he would not go out of his way to alienate a large portion of would-be followers.

I like Jack, but he is

I like Jack, but he is getting a bit obsessed with the Conspiracy movement.
