Turkey Bombing Syria
Submitted by anothernobody on Thu, 10/04/2012 - 09:08Does anyone else find it interesting that Turkey is now actively bombing Syria? Why would Syria decide to fire mortars at Turkey when they feel they are loosing control?
"The initial mortar attack was a sign of the increasing desperation of the Syrian regime of President Bashar al-Assad as it loses control of the north of the country."
How in the heck is bringing Turkey into the fighting going to help Syria gain control? Wouldn't it be more feasible that the "rebels" fired those mortars in order to bring Turkey to their aid? Or in fact it is just a false flag designed to widen the conflict?
Any thoughts?

This use to be called an act of war in oldspeak.
In newspeak, this is called maintaining the peace.
Provoking the Enemy:

food drive?
My first thought was that the grassroots was organizing a fundraiser to "turkey bomb" Syria as a gesture of good will for the upcoming American holiday. Shows you how out of the loop I am. Sheesh.

Look Away
There is absolutely no connection to attacks on Turkey with the fact that Turkey has blocked weapons to the rebels in Syria.

The Syrian government had to be the ones that attacked...it only makes perfect sense for Assad to be mad at a country for stopping the flow of weapons to his enemies.
I didn't know that
Thanks for the link.
They (nato) make Iran desperate by collapsing their currency
Then they provoke and bait them by attacking their ally.
Seems like the war is coming soon.
Syria is on the road to Iran.
NATO-US has been trying to find an excuse to invade Syria and Iran for a long time. Now some CIA trained and funded terrorist rebels have fired some shots at Turkey and this will be the FLIMSY excuse for NATO-US to invade Syria and move on into Iran.
It is so STAGED and silly. Does anyone still believe this BS? Does the media even believe it? They contiue to spew these lies out as truth. Can they not yet see the bigger picture?
They don't know who fired the
They don't know who fired the shots into Turkey yet. But it does look like Turkey is getting drawn more and more into it on the side of the rebels.

OMG!!! That is one of the greatest
or should I say funniest moments in television history. I used to love that show.
Its a classic of 1970s sitcom TV
When you posted "Turkey Bombing" it's the first thing I thought of, I thought the youngsters here may appreciate it as well. When Les goes into the hindenburg disaster type announcing as the turkeys are bounceing like "wet bags of concrete", its just too funny.
