I agree 100% with Ben Swann's analysis.
But, for those of you planning on voting for Johnson instead of Romney, might I remind you that Johnson is just as vague on what and where he would cut if president than Romney is. He says he would submit a balanced budget next year, but, gives no detailed explanation as to how.

Ron Paul submitted a detailed, point-by-point plan on his website on exactly how he was going to cut a trillion dollars and balance the budget by 2016.
Here's Romney's plan. It ain't much, but, it's not really any more vague than Johnson's.
