Execution Of Posse Comitatus Scheduled For Sat. Night In South Carolina

Posted by: liberating elder Posted date: October 04, 2012

Since 1878 Posse Comitatus has been the law of the land in the United States. The act sought to eliminate the use of Federal Troops in the execution of municipal and State Law Enforcement functions. Recently Posse Comitatus has come under attack as we are seeing more and more Federal Troops conducting operations were once conducted by local law enforcement agencies.

The effort to destroy local sovereignty and police power will come to Columbia, South Carolina this weekend under the guise of providing security and crowd control for saturdays college football game. “Columbia police are preparing for the big crowds expected after the Georgia-South Carolina football game Saturday night, Officials say campus police, Richland County sheriff’s deputies, the South Carolina Highway Patrol and Fort Jackson’s military police will help with crowd control after the game.” reports WISTV.

Not only will the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 be under attack this weekend in S.C., These same forces plan to trample the 4th Amendment as well. ”Law Enforcement” in Richmond will also be setting up unconstitutional “DUI Checkpoints” in order to “ensure order” and “to keep the crowd under control.”

Hmm interesting. I guess A&M will fit in well with the SEC, being a para-military school and all. Everyone in the big12 laughed at them for leaving. They are the butt of jokes in Texas.
