Too late for Ron to get fired up.

He had the lone position of speaking frankly to the American people. The campaign raised lots of money, and they didn't spend it. Sure, they produced nice ads, but they didn't get them out. I didn't see a single one in my market area. In retrospect, Ron was "handled" by guys who had their eye on his fundraising capability. They never expected to win, so why spend the money trying? Ron should have been wise to this, obviously he was in it to go the distance, because he did all the work. The most exceptional candidate I've ever seen, and the most deplorable campaign staff I've seen.

The venue has changed to accomodate thousands of people

Due to high demand the venue has changed to accommodate pretty much as many people as want to come. The event is free and open to the public so if you want to come from out of state you are more than welcome to. We are anticipating a huge and enthusiastic crowd.

Venue: Utah Valley University's UCCU Event Center (just off the freeway in Orem, Utah)
Date: Thurs, Oct 18th
Time: 1:30 (but doors will open at noon)

RSVP on the facebook event page: https://www.facebook.com/events/124162377733029/

Let's make Ron Paul and the message of liberty look good!!!

He's Baaaccckk!

Just hope there will be more speeches to come. On the fb page, it's stating the facility has room for only 1,000 folks. It would be a shame for those who drive a long ways not to be able to get in.

standing outside if it is

standing outside if it is full inside is an option too for anyone going!

I'm Thinking About Driving Over From Southern Oregon.

The event is scheduled to be held in Orem, Utah south of Salt Lake City, and just north of Provo, on I-15.

And I'm going to guess that he might mention Utah Bill H.B.317, concerning the use of Silver/Gold, as money.

According to this morning's news

Romney had 12,000 people, the largest crowd ever to one of his events. Wonder what they had to bribe them with? Give me a break. Dr. Paul drew large crowds with no press before or after so people could hear him talk about the Fed and monetary policy. I hope the good people in Utah and the surrounding states turn out big time to show their continued support for a true statesman.

Ron Paul

Won't announce his 2016 plans. Because the formal process of this election isn't even over yet.

Here is a fantastic write up on Ron's 10/18 visit done by

the student paper:

Come on, Utah, show us how it is done!

Answer to these questions

Freedom and Liberty
Probably Not
Maybe, at least a few thousand

Carpooling from Wyoming

I will be traveling from Wyoming- down I-80 west and over to I-15 south to Orem. I have room for 3 more people in my SUV. Anyone like a ride? Space available on first come basis. Serious inquries only.

Ron Paul or Not At All?

Excited, mostly for my friends

2 years ago I flew to CPAC to hear Dr. Paul speak. Last year, my wife and I drove to Reno through the night to LPAC to hear him. Now, it's 15 minutes away!!!

I'm really excited to hear him, but even more so, a dozen or more of my "converts" or interested friends are going to attend. I can't wait to chat some "End the Fed" and hear some straight liberty.

Ron Paul withdrawal

Please someone video record this. I'm having serious Ron Paul withdrawal.

I am sorry, but what does "Ron Paul Withdrawl" Mean?

Does it mean you're in the low spirits? Yeah, I need my dose of Dr. Paul's Truth too.

True to form, Ron Paul will just simply talk very casually about policy topics, QE, inflation, and the role of government, etc., and not make any political statements or political announcements.

It's time for people to realize that Ron Paul is not in this race anymore (since April 2012).

Do something positive: Vote for Gary Johnson

Location Location Location

There have not been many comments about the location. This has a Nixon goes to china feel to it.

This is in your face kind of stuff.

Funny how so many libertarians are ardent individualists, until it comes to online threads about Mormons and Masons... then they put on the robes of ugly collectivists... assuming these organizations are full of brainwashed automatons either ignorant or evil.

It just isn't so guys. The LDS church, and Freemasonry, are voluntary organizations full of a colorful broad spectrum of individuals who have aligned themselves, as individuals, because the organizations help them be better people.

Accept it and be thankful for the positive influence these organizations have in our society.

Mormons and the Constitution....

My family is LDS and it baffles me to no end their ability to support Romney in light of their supposed respect for the Constitution.

How often does Mitt mention anything about the Constitution?

How is he trying to adhere to it?

Why did he turn to Ron Paul in a debate so he could answer a constitutional question?

Support by Mormons of Romney is nothing more than promotion of their religion. There is no way he's the guy to restore the Constitution.

I'm hoping people will attend now who might not have in the

primary, because they supported Mitt.

Working on my Bachelors degree at UVU via distance education. Now I wish I lived there...

I'm excited! Just moved back to Utah and just in time

I've been talking to a lot of people about Dr. Paul and turning them on to his ideas on liberty. Now he just so happens to be coming to town on the 18th and I can take them to meet him!? awesome haha!! Can't wait!

That's only 10 minutes from my house...

I will move heaven and earth to get there (my work will have to take a back seat!).

After Party at Pizza Pie Cafe!
2235 North University Parkway, Provo, UT

This is the post Ron Paul rally party! At 4pm those of us who have worked up an appetite from all the yelling are going to re-convene at Pizza Pie Cafe in Provo to fuel up and discuss how awesome we know the upcoming Ron Paul visit is going to be.

As of Oct 6:

598 people have confirmed going to the event
180 maybes
6,174 invited

and that's just those on facebook. Include all the friends and family those people are going to bring, all those students on UVU campus (30,000 students) that are curious about what's going on, LDS liberty sites and other liberty networks are lighting up about this and spreading the news, people from all around the state and surrounding states (some are setting up carpools right now). This is going to be big. I believe they were expecting 1000 but I bet it will be well over that. I believe it will be overflowing this time around. Let's overwhelm the campus! How great would it be if we get more people coming to hear Ron Paul than Romney even after the primaries, and in Utah of all places. Let's do it!

What's up with this (White Horse Prophecy )....

White Horse Prophecy stuff? I'm starting to see a bigger picture in that, this election is about a Mormon takeover. I mean, for the last 2 years we have been flooded with I am Mormon videos, then the Billboards came and every attempt to assimilate Mormon culture as "normal" (whether it is or not is up to you of coarse) has taken place in America . Ultimately, is this preparing us for Mitt Romney at the helm.?I hope not but it is quite a fascinating thing to think about, considering Obama sure looked like he took one for the team during the debates. Is this game rigged? Any thoughts?

like I said

I'm not Mormon but how are we going to make the country better when no one trusts each other? Mormons are nice people for the most part

Obama's a nice guy too!

Obama's a nice guy too!

Never said they weren't nice....

However, it can be said so are Scientologist. I'm worried about a religious takeover, not individuals. Like I said, my friend had President Monson seal his wedding, so my friend was pretty high up the chains. Super nice guy but......and there's always a but....would welcome sch things in a heartbeat. This I protest. Nothing more nothing less.

I believe you're onto

I believe you're onto something. The "I'm a Mormon" ads and Mitt being the man no matter what. Further proof we are further down the road than most people realize!

White Horse Prophesy Alternative

Orson Hyde said, "the time would come when the Constitution and the country would be in danger of an overthrow; and ... if the Constitution be saved at all, it will be by the elders of [the LDS] Church"

Perhaps it already happened and the Constitution wasn't meant to be saved. Joseph Smith ran for President, instead we got Lincoln... and a lot of people consider Lincoln the man that destroyed the Constitution forever.
