Debate perspectives limited by a lack of participantsSubmitted by legalizeliberty on Tue, 10/09/2012 - 09:26
The real questions shouldn’t ask, “who won?” or “who was most impressive?”, but should ask why Gary Johnson won’t be attending or debating. Gary Johnson, the Libertarian candidate, hasn’t been invited to participate and won’t receive an invitation.
Most of us would say he doesn’t have a legitimate shot at winning. I agree, but maybe his chances have been greatly diminished due to the media shutting him out. Just like Ron Paul’s campaign as the Libertarian candidate in 2008, Gary Johnson has been kept out of the media’s reports.
Why does the media shun the Libertarian candidates on a regular basis? The media turns a cold shoulder to the Libertarians because their ideas actually make sense.
