The Secret Debate Contract…Absolute

While I post a lot of videos, it is not often I say you have to 100% make sure to take the time to watch them. This is one of those times. At first, I was intimidated by the 23 minute run time considering all of the news material I try to get through every day, but I was completely blown away by the information presented by George Farah, the author of “No Debate.”

While pretty much everyone reading this already understands that the elections are a joke run by the Two Party Dictatorship, this video explains exactly how the debates are rigged to ensure no Third Party candidate can ever participate and to ensure that neither of the cronies on stage ever gets hit by a difficult question. How is this achieved? A “secret debate contract.” Yep, just another conspiracy FACT.

If you are pressed for time go to minute two and let it run for five minutes. I promise you will not turn it off.

7:00 min.:Farah: [Names were not changed to protect the innocents, as they were not.] Frank F... & Paul K... were the original co-chairs of the commission... Frank F... was the chair of the Republican Party. And Paul K... was the chair of the Democratic party. And when they created the commission, for 15 months, they simultaneously served as the chairs of their respective [Democrat & Republican] parties & the commission. So... by definition, an entity absolutely loyal to the two parties... So, guess what? Frank F... is still the co-chair of the commission... decades later. And he has one other job. His day job. I t's becoming apparent to me that

if you want exposure on some subject like this one, what the woman in the video call 'a national emergency', file a lawsuit. This may well be GJ legacy if it keeps getting exposure, notwithstanding the lawsuit's outcome. Bravo, Gary!

Books and more books have been written on this - I've never read a one, because I somehow knew this was happening. But here it is. A lawsuit. It's as if those books had never been written. Hope all those authors get their due credit now.

Helluva post, Bob. Keep up the good work you do on DP.

PS - Cavuto, it doesn't matter if Gary meets the criteria to be in a debate or poll, they'll just change the rules and you know it.

100% Must Watch

A relatively short 23 minutes to learn how the debates are rigged.

Thank you for posting this!

Props to the growing independent media becoming the new Mainstream Media rather than the dying corporate media! Exciting times!!

I agree

This interview is a must watch, and these are exciting times.

Hats off to Amy Goodman and George Farah for

their persistent excellent journalistic activism!!!

I don't always agree with DemocracyNow's philosophy, but there are many areas that we can work together profitably and THIS project to break the monopoly of D&R grips on debates & elections is one of them.

Many thanks for this "actionable" post, Bob-45!

After watching this video, I

After watching this video, I can say that was a must watch. Very interesting facts about the CPD which I never knew.

The Republicans and Democrats

The Republicans and Democrats are despicable. This whole system is rotten to the core.

No Debate: How the Republican and Democratic Parties Secretly Control the Presidential Debates
by George Farah

http://www.amazon.com/No-Debate-Republican-Democratic-Presid...

Book Description:
With urgency and clarity, this book reviews the history of presidential debates, the impact of the debates since the advent of television, the role of the League of Women Voters, the antidemocratic activity of the CPD, and the specific ways that the Republicans and Democrats collude to remove all spontaneity from the debates themselves. The author presents the complete text of a previously unreleased secret document between the Republicans and Democrats that reveals the degree to which the two parties—not the CPD—dictate the terms of the debates. In the final chapter, Farah lays out a compelling strategy for restoring the presidential debates as a nonpartisan, unscripted, public events that help citizens—not corporations or campaign managers—decide who is going to run the White House.

hard to watch

While the information is important and a must hear, the video itself is painfully hard to watch. I just cannot get into the host, she is slow and terribly monotone.

I was hoping they would show some hidden camera footage to this secret debate monopoly between the Democrats and Republicans. But it was just second hand info from the guest on the show.

Again, well intentioned. Just not what I was expecting.
