Republicans get better scores than Democrats almost always.

Until the Libertarian Party can even get ONE candidate elected to Congress, the Republican party remains the vehicle for libertarian ideas.

YOu can also see that Ron Paul misses votes to keep his score at 100%. For example, he didn't vote on the NDAA despite being in congress to make that speech. A bit of politics.
