Are You A Collapsaholic, An Apocaholic?

The author challenges Off-Grid Preppers and Economy Avoiders waiting for Doom to consider alternatives: creative entrepreneurship and successful wealth generation:

I'm not sure one can't do both, and I'm not taking sides. There are so many ways to advance personal liberty, I just post this as a way to balance the many posts promoting doom and gloom rather than making lemonade with fiat lemons.

Nope. Just a capitalist.

Buy my dehydrated survival water. SUCKERS!

Be brave, be brave, the Myan pilot needs no aeroplane.

LOL

That was funny, but how about my invisible fish? You buy 9 fish, get the 10th free, and you can hide them in plain sight and no one will ever find them.

Thanks.

Thanks.

Natural law is taking over

Every man needs to fend for himself. No politician is going to change anything to make our lives better. Need to defend yourself, work for yourself, make the best of it, because from what I can tell, it's not going to get any better anytime soon.

nice post

Us Youth are the ones who are gunna be the ones left to deal with this shit hole. Thank you all to all those ignorant seniors who forgot what Capitalism and Sound Money what all about.

To be fair

plenty of baby boomers went broke catering to their spoiled children's every need and desire. Neither generation is completely innocent or guilty as a whole. And let's not forget all the twenty-something year old welfare queens...

My father, a boomer, never took a dime from anyone and was wide awake from a very young age (something he thankfully passed along to me); is he to blame as well, simply because of the year he was born?

I'd say the...Millennial(? Sounds good, I'll go with that) generation is going to have it even worse than people my age. Should they lay all the blame on us for allowing things to get this bad?

A signature used to be here!

Plan for the worst

and hope for the best, a saying I grew up with.

"We can see with our eyes, hear with our ears and feel with our touch, but we understand with our hearts."

Bump!

We can't control the way other people think and vote. But, we can do our part to wake the masses up and while we're at it make bold, entrepreneurial moves that will in and of themselves improve our society and economy, idiotic politicians notwithstanding.
