Gee, they are so wonderful offering us a 'private screening'.
What ever happened to the 4th Amendment to the Constitution. Why is it legal to assume everyone is a terrorist. If you are not doing anything obviously wrong and have no record of violent behavior then why should we be searched to begin with. This whole concept is anti-Constitutional:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Sad and disturbing
It is sad that the argument has moved to HOW the pat downs should be done, not IF the pat downs should be done. Clearly illegal behavior that no one will go to jail for. Clearly the woman poses no risk to anyone and exhibited no incriminating behavior to warrant a search.
What can
we do today to end this agency? That's what we need to ask.

Good question....
The SCOTUS has long given up on the constitution...the other two branches have long been in the tank. Solution dissolve the government and start all over with the constitution as the guide....the question is how to do it peacefully.

don't you see how we enable these agencies...
wouldn't it be something if for one day we all realized the power we had in refusing to travel,
in order for the agencies abusing and eradicating our civil liberties to see what dependency really means...
I guarantee they won't appreciate their dependency on the other half of the system being exposed and real in an instant.
