Last chance for letters to editor
Submitted by libertyinmo on Tue, 01/15/2008 - 00:18I just sent letters to the editors of every paper in my state that I could find an email for, several hundred. One wrote back so far and said tomorrow is their deadline for political letters before the Super Tuesday primary.
If anyone would like to use it:
Dear Editor,
In just a few weeks, we will be having our primary election in the state of Missouri.
There are quite a few candidates for all of us to choose from on both the Democrat
and the Republican tickets. I would like to let other voters know why my family and I
are all choosing to vote for Ron Paul in the Republican primary and to encourage
others to do the same.
Ron Paul has:
never voted to raise taxes.
never voted for an unbalanced budget.
never voted to raise congressional pay.
never taken a government-paid junket.
never voted to increase the power of the executive branch.
not participated in the lucrative congressional pension plan.
repeatedly been named the "Taxpayers' Best Friend" in Congress.
He has been faithfully, married to the same woman for over 50 years.
He is the only man running who will bring our men and women home
from Iraq as soon as he gets in office. He voted against the Iraq War.
He voted against the so-called Patriot Act. He voted against the Real-ID act.
He stands for what Republican used to stand for, limited, constitutional government
and he has a twenty year voting record that shows he is sincere. You can check him
out at his web site: http://www.ronpaul2008.com

Good for you! Thank you for

I did the same in Illinois.
I did the same in Illinois. I went to google.com and typed in news papers in Illinois and it gave me an online list of the papers. I emailed them this letter online to save postage. Just be sure to include all of your contact information in the email to the editors. Here is my letter please feel free to use it. I received an email form one editor stating that they only print politcal letter that are 200 words or less. This one will work. Feel free to use it. I emailed every paper and magazine in Illinois that I could. Even if it onle gets printed in a couple it will reach and spread the word. Very effective!
Candidates are promising change but when you look at their voting record it speaks for itself. Ron Paul calls him self the champion of the Constitution. He has never voted for a bill that that he felt was un constitutional including the Patriot Act and the Iraq War. He has never voted for raising taxes, an unbalanced budget, federal restriction of gun ownership, or raising congressional pay. How many candidates can say that? He believes in a limited constitutional government and a sound monetary policy as well as abolishing the Internal Revenue Service. He wants to secure our nations borders and under no circumstance will he accept amnesty for illegal aliens. Ron Paul served his country as a flight surgeon in the U.S. Air Force and earned a doctorate degree. Dr. Paul has delivered more than 4,000 babies and supports their right to life. Dr. Paul knows healthcare should be handled by the patient and the doctor and not a government controlled program. He wants us out of Iraq and has received more donations from the military personnel than any other candidate. He wishes to withdraw from the NAFTA and CAFTA agreements and eliminate the deficit.
