Libertarian for presidentSubmitted by legalizeliberty on Fri, 10/19/2012 - 09:50
I am asking you today to take your vote for president this year very seriously and vote for Gary Johnson. He is the Libertarian Party candidate who is on the ballot in all 50 states and the only current national candidate who, if elected, would shrink the government and keep it within the confines of the U.S. Constitution.
Republican Mitt Romney is afraid of Johnson because he might take the votes of those who are tired of unconstitutional government, deficits and war. Democratic incumbent Barack Obama is afraid of Johnson because he might take the votes of those who are appalled at the government’s murderous drug wars and its assaults on personal freedom and who also are tired of war.
Both sides fear Johnson because he is essentially fearless when it comes to his belief that the Constitution means what it says — meaning if it does not authorize the feds to regulate health care, fight undeclared wars or mortgage the future, then they simply cannot do it.
New Mexico gained 94,100 jobs during Johnson’s two-term administration as its governor. He vetoed a record of 750 pieces of legislation. He was considered to be the most fiscally conservative governor in the United States.
He’s the only one who doesn’t want to bomb Iran, and wants to get out of Afghanistan tomorrow.
