She Dared to Verbally Challenge the Mighty Authority of the TSA (video)

He was talking with some glee about the fun that he will have after he leaves Congress, flying around the country, talking to various groups, talking on college campuses.

But then he mentioned that the only thing that concerns him is the harassment that he knows he will receive at the hands of TSA. And he wasn't kidding or laughing.

Then after taking the mother to jail so she could no longer interfere they took the daughter into a private area and fondled her anyway. We can only imagine how nice it is going to be in the future when the abuse of power is much stronger than it is now. This is why I don't fly and when they start setting up check points so they can fondle those who won't fly then I guess I won't drive either. Can't you see? Verbal abuse aside, they did not consider the abrogation of 4th Amendment rights, though, not knowing the case, that fact may have never even been raised. It's disturbing how easily they sided with 'authority'.
This case could and should have been the game changer. Not one juror thought outside the box, nor did he and she realize their verdict could have ended this abuse.
The 'government' must have vetted each juror very well, ensuring they placed jurors who would be complicit in what can only be termed acts of treason against our Constitution.
One day they will regret this decision. And God help America when that day comes.

When are we ever going to learn that the only "authority" that we have a moral obligation to obey is our own? All other "authority" is destructive and enmity to the Liberty of the People!

Our authority we have as individuals is the right to govern ourselves and ourselves alone! If we as individuals don't have the right or moral authority to tell others what to do then where did the government get it? They assumed it by crushing the Liberty, Dignity and Free Will of their so called masters. They are "public servants" after all!

The Transportation Security Administration is just as pointless and destructive to our freedoms as is the Toilet Safety Administration in the world of South park.

I haven't actually flown since they started this stuff. It would be funny to try and smuggle a metallic zucchini through the scanner or be able to produce a raging boner during the pat down. I would just start screaming, what have you done to my penis?

if she was going to make a principled stand at the airport. She should have known full well they were going to do what they did and she should have been prepared for what actions she was going to take. She went off half cocked and got herself in legal trouble because of it.

I mean good grief she lost her case right there, both legally and in principle. Either refuse the pat down for yourself and your daughter on principle and leave the airport or you dont. You can't go halfway and expect to do as you please. You submitted to their authority and now if you refuse you will face legal charges. They're not going to allow you to enter a "secure" area unchecked especially after you just allowed your daughter to be checked. You already gave up. I don't know what she was thinking. I'm sorry she became a victim of this heavy handedness, but she should have known better than to think this was a fair country and she had rights. You must protect yourself and make an airtight case if you are going to stand up against this nonsense. Even then you may be run over by the state. This isn't the supermarket, this is a security checkpoint and you're facing a lot of trouble if you make a big scene, are disorderly and don't do it right.

It may sound like I'm siding with the TSA but what I'm saying is protect yourself and do it right if you are going to make a stand, otherwise you're going to lose. The odds are stacked against you from the start. Be sure you do everything you can to not incriminate yourself if you plan on resisting. Don't give them anything they can use against you.

This woman and every other passenger should rebel. We should really just do a class action law suit against the TSA and bankrupt them. Give them hell and trouble that it wouldn't be worth having a TSA.
