    Johnson: "My hero, Ron Paul"

    Yup, mine too!

    Gary "Liberty Torch" Johnson

I can't stand listening to him talk about his liberty torches. Though I'm glad he just said "My hero Ron Paul had __ liberty torches". Ron Paul is a hero.

HE basically said. Oh Ron Paul is my hero! But I am better than him!

"Truth is Treason in an Empire that lies" - Ron Paul

Obama 16, Ron Paul 18? Measure of liberty orientation?

Ludicrous. Gary Johnson should bear that in mind before talking about that.

it must be an exponential scale

Although the ACLU could just be full of shit. Their heart is in the right place but...

    Obama should have scored zero

And RP should have scored at least twice as many as anyone else. Proves the ACLU is a poor judge of what liberty is.

    It's Gary Johnson, or Virgil

It's Gary Johnson, or Virgil Goode for me, and quite frankly, I think I might like V. Goode a bit more.

The one thing I disagree with Goode on is the drug war. He discounted the price of incarceration of an inmate in his estimate of the TOTAL cost of the drug war.

    is an idiot..

    You call Goode an idiot...

    can I call Gary that?

    Ron/Rand Paul 2016! Constitution Party 2016!

Goode voted for the patriot act and Iraq war

and still thinks the war on drugs is a goode idea.

Can you do the same for Gary?

    Then why vote for Goode?

He's hardly on any state ballots. Plus how can a "constitutionalist" be for federal drug laws. How does he not immediately lose all credibility for that?

I have a few issues with

I have a few issues with Goode that are problematic: His view on closing the border until unemployment is below 5%, and as stated before, his stance on the drug war.

My views align greater with Johnson in some instances, but I am getting sick of his rehearsed lines, and Goode's blunt style is quite refreshing. Personally, I could live with the drug war a little longer given the absolute change in direction his other policies would take the country, and I think I dislike Johnson's proposed tax policy even more than Goode's stance on immigration and drugs. Take that to the bank!

Look, I'm not going to try and tell anyone how to cast their vote, but it is quite obvious that we could make more of an impact if we all voted in unanimity. I think it is damn near impossible to achieve this, but it would be marvelous if we could all voluntarily agree to choose one candidate, and run with it.

Rocky and Jill have morally bankrupt stances.

You can vote for him in 44 states...

    please stop spreading lies!
Gary's fault: fair tax higher taxes!

    Ron/Rand Paul 2016! Constitution Party 2016!

    Higher taxes, how?

There'd be no more income tax with the Fair Tax. Not to mention it would never pass the 2/3rds majority needed for a constitutional amendment anyway.

You're the one spreading lies. Goode still isn't on all the state ballots. It's kind of annoying you keep filling up this thread with your Goode promotions over and over and over.

    Sorry about that...

tired of no one saying anything here about Goode. Many here only act like we only have two choices :Gary, write in Ron Paul. You can vote for Goode in 44 states according to the latest Constitution Party news letter.

    Ron/Rand Paul 2016! Constitution Party 2016!

    Maybe because...

Goode isn't a liberty candidate and he doesn't believe in the constitution... Despite claiming to be a "constitutionalist"?

    Jill and Rocky

At least they are on our side as far as NDAA and Patriot Act.

    Free Education!

I hope they're talking about public library cards, mine would be free if I were better at renewing my books on time.

    Rocky is impressing me..

Oh wait he is advocating Public Education

WHAT THE HELL??? He is advocating spending!?? he is a Keynesian! Stein is also backing him up! Those 2 are socialists!

But they are both GREAT on civil liberties!

We can form alliance for repealing NDAA & such.

At least they're all great on those.

    why are these socialists

why are these socialists getting applause's

    because they are offering

because they are offering "free" stuff.

Gave me that Red Arrow? Virgil Goode's voice and way of saying it is funny as hell!

"you may not like what I am saying but we are going to get straight talk"

I haven't laughed this hard in a long time!

It's easy to judge a person

It's easy to judge a person based on appearance or by the way their voice sounds, but it isn't right. I don't like Virgil Goode for his positions, just like I don't like Obama or Romney for their positions.
