Ok, this should cheer people up: Article on Pelosi's greatest achievement

I just read this and I couldn't stop thinking what all that would cost us taxpayers. It looks like that Pelosi has other goals in mind to complete before ending this war...

(nothing to do with Ron Paul, except I could picture Paul protesting about this)

I may be a vegetarian, but I'll defend to the death my right to eat pork!

I'm all for the environment but... We're at WAR!!!

And this is what Pelosi does?

best parts:

“I really don’t like Nanny Nancy telling me what I can and cannot eat for lunch. If I want to eat unhealthy, I should have that choice!”

Republican aides have raised questions about why the cafeterias now stock Stonyfield Farm yogurt, speculating that the move would line the pockets of the company’s CEO, Gary Hirshberg, a significant player in Democratic politics.

Even the things that haven’t changed seem cooler because their names are in foreign languages. The taco bar is the “Taqueria.” The grill is “A la Plancha.” The salad bar has expanded to “Salad/Antipasti.”

Eating Healthy vs. Eating Frugally

You don't need brie and seared barramundi to eat healthy, eat a f'n apple.
Most Senators/Congressmen usually have their lobbyists take them out to lunch anyway. I am surprised they didn't have personal butlers bring their food to them and feeding them grapes while two other servants fan the giant leaves above Pelosi's head.

Think of the food that is eaten, but then also think of the expensive food that ISN'T eaten.

What a waste, we paid for that.

I think the good Dr.

Would approve of eating healthy, but not on the taxpayer's dollar.
