While

voter fraud is an important issue, ultimately they can defraud us because we don't yet have the mass to control things. We need to keep growing this movement and take over the party. The vote is won or lost before the official votes are cast.

The only weak problem with this guys' theory:

What was before the voting machines in USA politics?

If history had shown that presidents and Senators elected before the electronic machines had been protecting the constitution to the letter or kept balanced budget, we could agree. But they were the same type as today.

What do you mean "get ready"

What do you mean "get ready" for voter fraud? We've already witnesses "voter fraud" on a massive scale that sure seemed to include the press against Dr Paul, it's hard to believe so many people are bamboozled by this crap.

Get ready indeed.

Far as that johnson character, Harry Browne was the first and only third party candidate to achieve being on the ballot in all 50 states and they didn't even let him in.

Whether you like to admit it or not, the new way isn't going to change anything.

The world is my country, all mankind are my brethren, and to do good things is my religion. Thomas Paine, Godfather of the American Revolution

Wrong

The first and I still believe only 3rd party candidate (I think Harry missed at least one) to get on in all 50 states, plus DC was the 1980 Libertarian candidate Ed Clark. I worked on the ballot drive.

Thetis

Prediction.....

Just to lay down a marker, in the 2008 presidential election, the Libertarian Party received a total of 523,686 votes or 0.4% of the total popular vote. Given the expected windfall of votes the Libertarian Party will receive this year from Ron Paul supporters, it is safe to say that if the Libertarian Party does not garner at least 3 to 5 times as many votes as it did in 2008, that will mean that the votes were stolen. Of course I'm not suggesting who would be responsible for stealing the votes but just that they would have been stolen.

Colorado Voting Machines Owned By Romney!

This comes as no big surprise as I have witnessed the cheating of the Romney Campaign at the Colorado State Convention. Romney people handed out fake slates where the first two names were the same as the Ron Paul slates the rest were Romney delegates. The slates looked identical to the RP slates.
If Romney buys this an election induced sleep will fall over all the uniformed Republicans!

hmmm

So does that mean the Left will be embracing and supporting the UN Election monitors?

Eye-opening

this was an insane interview, how deep the rabbit hole goes. I'm kinda speechless after hearing some of that information.

people here have been down voting other posts I've made about how voting isn't the answer yet don't seem to have much to say about this video. Hmmmm.

skippy

I like this guy Palast.

He's been around the block a few times, and still has a sense of humor.

Always a pleasure to post quality material here for everyone.
I just wish the Romney team here would watch the videos and read the articles I post before it down-votes them.

A Feeling of DOOM..........has come over me

here on DP saying that voting isn't the answer and I get called "lazy, defeatist, and loser" Go figure. Are those people that are calling me this in denial or have they been living on the moon? Top down isn't going to work because it's too corrupt. I decided that after the RNC. Call me loser if you like, I think losers are those that refuse to see what's right in front of their faces and just keep going along with the same rigged system in hopes that it'll change things. And it's ELECTION fraud not voter.

skippy

Agreed. We need a revolution

Agreed. We need a revolution to take back the country for the people. Not participate in their games!!!! Wake up people!!

Thank You!

We should follow Ron Paul's example and educate the youth every way we can. I only hope there is time. The noose is tightening fast.

skippy

This voter fraud is tragic.

Ben Swann covered voter fraud during the primaries. I hope he'll help to bring these issues mainstream.

Must watch

This just took my understanding to a new level. It is something I was just starting to see - Palast really solidified things with some of his anecdotes and insight.

At the debate, Gary Johnson was talking about making Senators wear suits that are like Nascar racers - with all the sponsors' patches so you know who owns them. So the whole thing is up for grabs - every house race; every senate race will be sold to the highest bidder and the biggest schemer. There's the "election" and then there is the selection.

The election is all for show, as we know. In the end, it doesn't matter who wins, as we know. And yet, even within the '1%' or whatever - whoever is at the front lines doing the manipulating - it does matter.

The split between the Establishment Banks vs. the Hedge Fund Cowboys is an interesting distinction. Yes, they're both rich and powerful, but they also both have competing interests, and the stakes are high.

One thing I've been wondering is how long will it take before the banking system, which is getting free money from the Fed, starts to turn it back on the economy. i.e. - says, 'There are no good investment opportunities - let's take this $40 billion from the Fed and short the market.'

Because hedge funds are agnostic as to where the profits come from, as long as they come.

All art is only done by the individual. The individual is all you ever have, and all schools only serve to classify their members as failures. E.H.

TEAR UP THIS DEBT!

"One thing I've been wondering is how long will it take before the banking system, which is getting free money from the Fed, starts to turn it back on the economy. i.e. - says, 'There are no good investment opportunities - let's take this $40 billion from the Fed and short the market.'"

It may have already happened. The high water mark for the S&P 500 index was 1465.77 on Sep 14, the after the FOMC announced QE3 compared with last price at around 1413. Counterintuitive as this may sound, market participants may finally be getting hip to the idea that QUANTITATIVE EASING is more deflationary than inflationary.

The Treasury issues debt to cover the deficit and then the Fed buys most of the long term debt back along with $40 billion per month of mortgage backed securities. In recent years the Fed has been earning about $80 billion in interest income which it then remits back to the Treasury and now with the Fed's balance sheet swelling to around $2 Trillion that interest income will probably be more like $100 to $110 billion for FY 12013. Note the circular flow of interest payments. This is debt that the government owes itself and there is no good reason why it should apply to debt ceiling.

After all, what difference is there between the Treasury issuing debt and the fed buy it back, vs. the Treasury not issuing that debt in the first place?

Is there any good reason why the Treasury and Federal Reserve couldn’t simply wave a magic wand over this $1.6 Trillion of Treasury debt owned by the Fed and declare it null and void?

That bold action would reduce the outstanding debt to $14.4 Trillion which is well below the current statutory debt ceiling of $16.394 Trillion.

Instead of driving off the fiscal cliff like Thelma and Louise, the Treasury and Fed could give Congress the means to slam on the breaks. This would buy policy makers another year or so of valuable breathing space to formulate sensible fiscal policy for economic growth rather than causing a self inflicted wound on the economy and millions of American workers and businesses.

Mr. Bernanke, if you seek transparency and accountability for the Fed…. If you seek prosperity for American citizens then come to Congress and tell our law makers that the Treasury debt held by the Fed should not apply to the debt ceiling. Mr. Bernanke TEAR UP THIS DEBT!

1.4 million

votes unaccounted for last election. And THAT is according to govt. sources, so who knows how many there actually were? How many of those were RP's? Or Babar's?

This is one of the most profound pieces of information to come from infowars in a while. It's the 800lb gorilla in the room nobody wants to talk about. People are so busy fighting with each other about who to vote for, they don't even realize that their vote may not even be counted in the first place.

I remember having a discussion with you about this becoming another dog and pony show that comes down to a 51 to 49% split, with one state making the difference. Sounds just like Florida in 2000.

Palast has been investigating this since at least 2000, and some of his interviews of local Florida officials are quite telling.

If we unite on anything in the future, it should be trying to somehow restore a tangible and transparent system of voting.

Hope all is well with you.

The Margin of Difference.....

Those 1.4 million votes could be in the same ballpark as the number of votes that Gary Johnson will get from Ron Paul supporters this year in addition to the 523,686 votes the Libertarian Party received in 2008. That is unless those votes are stolen or somehow lost.

as long as there is

as long as there is government there will be corruption. we need to realize that the idea of one group of people ruling over another is not a good idea. its time to evolve as a species.

Yup

A close election is much easier to steal than a blowout.

Funny how things magically tightened up recently, isn't it? How Romney came on strong, and Obama just decided to sleep through that first debate.

Obviously, I don't have any hard facts - this is what makes someone like Palast so valuable. He actually does. I'm pretty ignorant, really. I'm just watching closely. Kind of like the dog in this picture:

Another reason to not

Another reason to not participate in the fraud. Why reinforce their illegal efforts by adding legitimacy with your vote? Imagine voter turn out in the single digits - much like the public's approval rating is for Congress now. This must end with complete and total rejection of the status quo.
