Think phone-tapping is bad? Just read THIS!

Could someone dig up George Orwell. He'll want to be around for this one, if for no other reason than to say, "I told you so...."

"Truth, Justice, and the American Way!"

Thought you'd seen it all

This is a wowzer. To think this is the kinda shit these people dream up while
getting paid. Must be a constant party in Congress. Jeez.

Puppets come and puppets go but the world's stage is getting cluttered.

Offensive move against us, but the IMBRA law is worse

I live in Europe and have always assumed that all international calls and emails are tapped into by the NSA. I never had a huge problem with passive interference like that because I would dare them to ever use information against a non-terrorist.

I mean "no huge problem" in that it wouldn't have gotten me interested in voting for Dr. Paul.

But the IMBRA law forces American men to be background checked by dating sites in order to just say hello to foreign women online. The law is based on a huge lie, that foreign women are "mail order brides" and dating sites are "marriage brokers" if more than 50% of the women are not American.

The way fascists work is they rename innocent things with sinister sounding names. A dating site is a dating site is a dating site. French and Russian women are not inferior or more desperate than American women to meet a man.

And this is not about terrorists but about stopping "potential wife abusers" by interfering with a target sub-group of American men who travel and date while not in the US.

The Bush Administration, working with the NOW, had the nerve to say that American businessmen and expats who speak other languages...are more dangerous than the average American man to beat their wives in the future...even though this is proven to be untrue. The real reason is that Hillary Clinton and Maria Cantwell are not happy with guys like Bill Clinton being able to find their Monicas so easy. These politicians have an ideological problem with men behaving like James Bond.

Either way, it infuriatingly sets the precedent that a subgroup of American men, mostly white, can be declared "possible future wife abusers" where the government could never get away with saying that black men who buy liquor are more likely to beat their wives or that gay men need to be HIV tested before seeking a partner at gay.com.

The IMBRA law takes away the right of women to decide their own level of security by broadcasting their email addresses or cell phone numbers to the world if they want to. It also violates the right to anonymity when socializes on the Internet. The US government has NO business getting involved in background checking members of dating websites.

At www.online-dating-rights.com you will see more on this much more urgent reason to vote for Ron Paul than the impending wiretapping of emails that I assumed was already happening.

There is a need for plaintiffs and pro bono lawyers.

Any lawyer reading this who can do a pro bono federal challenge?
