Voting Help
Submitted by Bojanglesmn on Tue, 01/15/2008 - 12:03I'm a first time voter and permanent resident in Minnesota. I go to school in South Dakota. I won't be home for Super Tuesday. Minnesota has a caucus. From what I can tell of the procedure, it doesn't seem very conducive to absentee voting...can I still absentee vote in my caucus?
