Outrage: Obama Admin. Says Texans Can’t Arrest UN Observers Even if They Violate Texas Law

In a development that should outrage every red-blooded, patriotic American, the Obama Administration announced that international observers in the United States cannot be arrested by state law enforcement even if the United Nations representatives violate state law.

As we publicized earlier this week, “United Nations-affiliated election monitors from Europe and central Asia will be at polling places around the U.S. looking for voter suppression activities by conservative groups.” [Click on this "Limited Election Observation Mission to the United States of America" list to see where the international observers will be deploying in your state.]

Unlike Alaska’s current passivity, Texas confronted this offensive intrusion by international observers with a warning from its Attorney General’s office: “[G]roups and individuals from outside the United States do not have jurisdiction to interfere with Texas elections.” The Attorney General himself also threatened that,

why is everyone focused on

why is everyone focused on Texas?

"Texas needs to..."
"Texas shouldn't back down..."
"Texas should arrest..."

What about your own f*ckin states? These observers are not ONLY coming to Texas. Its just our AG made a statement and now everyone freedom loving American hopes our state makes a stand.

Anyway... this news story has already died. There have been tons of updates, retractions, and clarifications in our news here in the state.

This is what we should do!

We need to monitor the monitors, especially if Texas caves to the UN. Keep a good distance with binoculars and watch them everywhere they go, follow them back to there 5 star hotels on our dime most likely. Record them at all times.

Third World Government? Third World Democracy?

Guess he's never heard the term "Don't Mess With Texas!"

So I guess our legal system for dealing with such voting issues on our own is non existent and we are no longer a sovereign Republic able to handle our own democratic affairs without UN observers, just like most Third World Democracies?

Why not just reform the voting process by revoking e-voting machines and returning to paper trails and abolishing the arcane electoral college? We vote for everything else by popular vote, why not the Presidency? There's no controversy.

The majority of Americans would not rule in favor of a corporation suing to have it's popular vote-flipping machines reinstated. Seems less controversial than Congress voting, and President signing into Law, the abolishing of the Fourth and Fifth Amendment of the United States Constitution with NDAA 2012. All this while helping jihadist elements to overthrow their dictators in Libya and Syria?

Why are sworn U.S. enemies getting all our freedoms?

When you see scores of videos on YouTube of criminal RINOs trying to suppress Republicans from voting why not use the FBI for what it was intended – investigating and prosecuting such criminal activity?

But of course a third world leadership would ignore such criminal activity while it was happening because it only benefits them politically and monetarily to do so.

If Americans still believed the narrative government and mainstream news was still selling them government wouldn't have such low approval ratings.

The jig is up! The game has changed.

County Sheriff's should arrest every last one of them

That's saying if... your county sheriff has the ball to do it, mine does, but there is no UN observer in my county.

citizens arrest....

all of them

if they violate state criminal law you can... and the state should impose charges.

bring lawyers.
document the event.

god bless!

They CAN arrest them, charge them with a crime and then it will go to the Supreme Court to see who wins. The Supreme Court already ruled against UN immunity unless they are actual diplomats, which they are not. -joeinmo

A true flower can not blossom without sunlight and a true man can not live without love.

I want to see Texas arrest them

and then see the establishment cogs trying to explain why they are in our country as they're demanding their release. wouldn't that be a hoot?

LIBERTY2ME's picture

I don't want the UN there,

I don't want the UN there, but what are they going to do exactly?

Diplomatic immunity revoked...

“Let it not be said that no one cared, that no one objected once it’s realized that our liberties and wealth are in jeopardy.”
― Ron Paul

Arrest them if they violate state law

Then say come and do something about it.

it would be much tougher

to spit on them if they were safely stored in a cage.

If they have one of those

If they have one of those little blue helmets, I would suggest they wear it.

This would play differently...

...if Ron Paul were Texas Governor.

County Sheriffs

"The US Supreme Court has given the Local County Sheriff, “ultimate legal authority” even over Federal Law Enforcement Agencies..." "However, there is a slight catch to the Supereme Court’s ruling.
A county sheriff can only arrest and detain criminals who are within their county jurisdiction."

Obama has no power over Texas law

They CAN arrest them, charge them with a crime and then it will go to the Supreme Court to see who wins. The Supreme Court already ruled against UN immunity unless they are actual diplomats, which they are not.

Physically Abusive Husband Welcomes Neighbors Into Home

Pretty sure that headline would completely OUTRAGE citizens. Most can't comprehend the problem with the USA basically letting the U.N. do the same thing.

The link in that article showing where each monitoring team will

be is not entirely accurate.

It is truthful, but not complete. It only shows the "headquarters" in each State, which incidentally on cursory glance, seems to be each State capitol.

This does not list exactly which cities/precincts even, where these "monitors" will be present to observe.

If they don't follow Texas law, they should be arrested and

charged appropriately.

What is Obama going to do? Nuke Texas? Is he going to send in troops? Where's he going to get troops from, China?

I say uphold the law and call that traitor's bluff.

If it starts a war, then it was coming anyway.

Time to live up to the saying "Don't mess with Texas."

They'll cave.

I hope I'm wrong but this reminds me of the TSA stance they took.. We all know how that ended.

Afraid you are right....

Stand by the Constitution and the Bill Of Rights, Texas.

If anyone interferes with Texas elections, law enforcement is mandatory, and that would include anybody from the Obama/Soetoro (Barry) administration, including Barry. It would seem that Barry's infusion of international sources towards the monitoring of U.S. election procedures, especially, if it's advantageous for one side over another, would qualify for an arrest warrant with Barry's name on it.

Stand your ground, Texas. Stay the course.

It's Cause.....

It's called "Diplomatic Immunity". It's cause *they've all received their vaccine from on high making them immune to common law.

But the real question is, and has been all along, from where does "on high" receive they're power? The power to anoint with "the vaccine?"

But again, you all already know the answer.

It's all an illusion.

The game, "He who has the most toys wins," is just about over. AND they don't like it.

I would almost take this as an act of war against Texas

The government is telling Texas, you don't have more power than we do. Texas should reply in kind, assert their rights and no longer allow the UN to even step foot in Texas. Texas was being nice before. The government needs to know the states will fight back when pushed.

Same thing with the Obama admin saying they don't care if MJ becomes legal they will overturn it federally. They don't have the power or the right to tell the states what it can and cannot do.

Its time to simply stand up to them and assert ourselves as the authority.

Obama doesn't have the jurisdiction to make that statement

and it is time his 'executive order tyranny' were challenged and this may be the perfect case in which to do that.

Integrity means having to say things that people don't want to hear & especially to say things that the regime doesnt want to hear -RonPaul

I agree they shouldn't be able to break the law, but

"Offensive intrusion"? Not really. Realize, there IS election fraud (just as there was to snuff Ron's chances), but I think much of it has to do with how votes are counted / e-voting/scanning machines.

Why doesn't the UN audit Diebold corporate headquarters then

If they're so concerned and capable of fixing our elections lol.

Our benevolent global leaders are so intelligent, and wise, and competent, and compassionate.

Sometimes .. sometimes it brings the tiniest little tear to the corner of my eye ...

Our government would probably push back

That's a little too close to home, Diebold (or whatever they're called now after their countless disgraces) is a best bud contractor of our government even though they're a bunch of total fuckups. Remember a few years ago when Diebold literally gave up the master key to most of the voting machines in the country by posting a picture of said key on their web shop? True story.. someone had made a copy of the key based on that picture within days.

But do you think our corrupt government would fire these idiots? Of course not, they're in it for good. Nowadays contractors ARE the government. There's no clear line where one begins and the other ends. The only difference is that, on paper, government agencies are liable for their failure or malfeasance. Be it blackwater or diebold, contractors are completely immune.
