Where's Ron Paul these days? At the 30th Anniversary of Mises Institute!

As the Ludwig von Mises Institute celebrated 30 years of promoting Austrian economics and classical liberalism, Congressman Ron Paul had some words to say on the importance of it.

He's the man.

Ron Paul

I love seeing him. He is the greatest.

He is really embracing the internet. They call him old, but he took over the county with the internet, since the media tried for decades to keep him out.

He is one really smart dude. He is one super conservative doctor, who wanted to send a message to the country, and spent decades of his life dedicated to sending this message.

We are his vehicle. We need to continue to send the message.

Who Dat?

That sho look like "the southern avenger" standin' behind the good Doctor.

30th Mises

I attended the event. Great lectures from Judge Napolitano (who spoke without honoraria), Tom Woods, Gary North, Tom DiLorenzo et al. Dr. Paul spoke for ~ 45 minutes Saturday night at a black tie optional dinner. It was truly "Heaven's Gate" for those of us who love liberty. The event was held at the beautiful Callaway Gardens in West Georgia near Warm Springs (FDR's Little White House - no connection I presume other than diametrical opposition).

How Come

It isn't recorded and posted here?

skippy

Because, as of yet, it hasn't

Because, as of yet, it hasn't been uploaded to youtube.

I envy you

I would have loved to have been there.

I mean, it would have been so great to be with people that you can really communicate with, and people that speak the truth about what is really going on.

There are not many places where you could have that experience.

.

It is a wonder how much real education is available at Mises.org . I try to let people know about their courses and even mentioned it at the 2nd to last event we had where I spoke about sound money.

Our last event was a zombie apocalypse last Saturday. Here are 4 CO RP delegates running the non-profit Mesa County Patriots.

TSA checking people into a FEMA camp and we had a dunk tank where us TSA and 1 terrorist got dunked.

If you're not familiar with the Ludwig von Mises Institute:

No speech

He didn't make a speech?

Educate the masses, and win in the end.

Good question!

It's possible that he did indeed make a speech. I really don't know though. If Mises Institute uploads a speech of his at this event I'll update the post.
