I wanted to be scary this Halloween

I got a call from a friend that was having a Halloween party Saturday night. I try and go all out on Halloween.

I got the call 7:45 Saturday morning and have much time or money to spend. So a thought what could be the most scary costume I could make so I thought I would be Half Obama and Half Romney.
