This morning I filed a MOTION FOR REQUEST FOR DEPOSITION

Defendants, joe schmo and mary schmo requests Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank, N. A. produce, within thirty (30) days of the service hereof, the original wet ink Promissory Note allegedly signed by the Defendants on April 29th 2004, in accordance with South Carolina Code of Laws, SECTION 36-3-308 .

Looks about the same as Idaho

They ignored about 6 of them, we took our "day in court" to present that and evidence suggestive of robo-signing and a few lesser contract issues. The judge listened, then gave the bank the house.

Love or fear? Chose again with every breath.

the thing is...

both me and my wife our on the suit, but I am not on there at all and Wells Fargo doesnt own it, Fannie Mae does. The alledged loan was just in my wife's name and both of us were on the deed.

Best of luck to you, from the bottom of my heart.

I wish EVERYONE would demand to see their note. I am so glad we did it, even though we lost. Eventually, this whole mess is getting exposed, and I can proudly say I did what I could to help. I really don't mind losing the house - a contract with the Devil went with it.

Love or fear? Chose again with every breath.

I have been offered a remod

with Fannie Mae, and I sent in my first trial payment, but if I win this, I WIN before signing anything!

The top doesnt look right

but you get the point
