Moral Responsibility ??

Would someone please explain what the hell Moral Responsibility means with regards to the newsletters. Better yet what does Moral Responsibility speak to regarding anything?

I guess it's because those newsletters had Ron Paul

right on the header... He felt responsible for not paying more attention for what was written under his name. That's what it is. He's a righteous person and is taking accountability for that.
