MSNBC's Chris Matthews Goes On Obnoxious Rant Against ‘Idiots’ Who Vote 3rd Party Candidates Like 'Numbskull' Gary Johnson

http://youtu.be/zHawfccSrOQ

Are you one of the many voters who feels disillusioned with the two-party system and wants to make your single, solitary voice heard by voting for a third party candidate who is possibly more aligned with your own viewpoints?

If you are, well guess what: YOU’RE AN IDIOT. Says MSNBC’s Chris Matthews.

Appearing on this afternoon’s NOW with Alex Wagner panel on MSNBC, the firebrand Democrat went on a truly sanctimonious, condescending rant against “idiots” (like this writer) who vote for third party candidates or stay home on Election Day....

No

They are funded by Soros, Media Matters and the DNC, they don't need viewers as these entities are all about spending money they don't have and are fine with putting my great grandkids in debt over it.

I didn't vote because I am an

I didn't vote because I am an idiot, or because I didn't have a real concrete choice in the matter? They don't care who the people vote for because the 2 party system is owned and operated by the same people, so continuing to vote just prolongs their powertrips. Do people really sit home on election day to read their email? Maybe it is because most don't think it is worth their time and energy to vote for something that is controlled.

Obama may have gotten the majority of the popular vote with Willard not to far behind, but if we were to elect who ever every eligible (those who are of age) voter voted for including those who decided to abstain, there would be no president right now. That should say a lot about our elected officials.

He finally admitted it

Straight from the horse's mouth, Matthews tells why the networks don't cover independent voices--they are simply not to be taken seriously. If that isn't bias on full display. In essence, he is inadvertently revealing the intentionally narrow scope of mainstream news coverage. I'm not particularly savvy with uploading, editing and stuff like that, but this would make for a great introduction to a dramatic educational video exposing media manipulation.

They are loosing control in

They are loosing control in influencing the sheeple. They are going desperate, MSM is becoming insignificant and will eventually be extinct like the dinosaur newspaper. If they continue to be this biased and just spew propaganda instead of hard core facts analysis and truth then they will just fade and be an echo with no significant influence to the public. This is media DEVOLUTION in it's finest.

Can somebody just confine

Can somebody just confine this idiot in a straitjacket?

I like to get the left and the right mad. When you are doing the right thing, you will piss off the R & D's! Vote Libertarian and live free

Not a single mention of Gary Johnson

on election night. Oop, just as I'm writing this, the live feed mentions him...the press...as pitiful as our politicians.

Pfft, numbskull

Takes one to know one, eh Chrissy? And why is he so upset? What a weirdo lol

Chris Matthews seems to be quite...

proud that there are only two choices. I guess he believes that the fewer the choices, the better. I hate to say it, but what an a$$hole!

At least it was somewhat

At least it was somewhat apparent that most of the rest of the panel thought, rightly, that Chris Matthews was and is the idiot.

Dear Mr. Matthews,

I hope you choke on your breakfast tomorrow.

Sincerely,
Idiot

He is right... We need all Libertarians to register Republican.

Only then might we see real change.

Funny how the Democrats don't have a strong minor party to contend with. Because they are not split and divided like us they win victories that should have come to us... while we conservatives loose because a chunk of our voters chase a 3rd party wet dream.

.

We needed all the R's to vote L this time

But look at all the pathetic, absurd excuses people gave instead. Far too many of us have closed our ears and not heard Dr. Pauls message. Too many are simple idolators, worshipping the image of the good doctor without understanding his substance. This has made it all too easy for the enemy to divide us the moment the good Dr was removed from the board. If we could follow the message instead of worshipping the messenger, if we could unite together in support of what is most important instead of the bickering and rejectionism... then we could have had an effect. We could have done something to save our nation. But we didnt. And that failure will haunt us and our children and their children for a very long time.

The Democrats have the Green

The Democrats have the Green Party to siphon off their votes. Unfortunately, the Green Party is more Red than Green. Their presidential candidate apparently believes that the government should give you everything for free. Which means taxing the bejezus out of every productive person. What that has to do with protecting the environment is a mystery to me.

TO HELL WITH THE REPUBLICAN PARTY!

Libertarians need to unite UNDER THE LIBERTARIAN PARTY!!!!!

The "wet dream" is A CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICAN PARTY!!!!!!!!

F the R's!

Brother Winston Smith

The r3VOLution is NOT republiCAN.

"We" no longer agree on the

"We" no longer agree on the goals, buddy. I plan not to ever register Republican again. Independent or Libertarian from here on out.

RAND PAUL 2016! Romney is going down.

.

Rand Paul...

is an ESTABLISHMENT REPUBLICAN, based on his endorsements. I am not and will NEVER vote for him.

Brother Winston Smith

The r3VOLution is NOT republiCAN.

I plan on voting again for

I plan on voting again for Gary Johnson in 2016. Here and now I'm telling you.

Well, I registered Republican

but I darn sure didn't vote for many. Two, exactly - and only one
fairly enthusiastically.

If we reformed the Electoral College so that electors were
elected on a proportional basis then third parties would
not be as marginal as they are at present. This could be
done on a state by state basis and require no change of
federal law.

Something along the lines of Montana's ballot measure
I-166:

http://sos.mt.gov/Elections/2012/BallotIssues/I-166.pdf

which establishes "that corporations are not entitled to
constitutional rights because they are not human beings"

Would also go a long way toward leveling the playing field -
including within the primary process of the major parties..

Thanks. We must make the ovious into law. Lawyers may read it.

Hopefully even lawyers can read it. Hope upon hope the lawyers think it is important enough to encourage their Congressman to act accordingly.

LOL...Obvious

I have no clue why spell check doesn't work in our titles to the comment!? =)

Obviously, spellcheck is not Libertarian.

Spellcheck claims itself to be misspelled. Even Nystrom is redlined.

Spellcheck (aka: spell check) claims itself to be misspelled. Even Nystrom (aka: Nye-strum)... is redlined (aka: red-lined).

Perhaps, Titles of Nobility are exempt?

Sorry...

...if I offended you. I totally forgot you can't fix it after a reply. That was my intent. Please forgive me.

If it was important, the moderators could fix spelling.

I took your correction in stride. No concern at all.

I never had any large respect for good spelling. That is my feeling yet. Before the spelling-book came with its arbitrary forms, men unconsciously revealed shades of their characters and also added enlightening shades of expression to what they wrote by their spelling, and so it is possible that the spelling-book has been a doubtful benevolence to us.

If you hate the founding fathers...

....and the people who fought and died in the continental army, then, yes, it is a good idea to change the electoral college.

Well, I would be hating some of

my own ancestors then, I guess) - I don't know of any that died,
or even fought, for a certainty, but one or two did serve.

Anyway, there's no rule that I'm aware of that says electors
have to be awarded on a winner take all basis. Maine and
Nebraska don't do it that way and they changed on their
own initiative.

My personal opinion is that a proportional system would
be better than doing it by congressional districts (I think
Maine is strictly by CD's and Nebraska some hybrid of the two?).

But then, I don't live or vote there so I'm good with leaving
up to the Mainers and Nebraskans to work that out on their own..
