Ron Paul foresees 2012 outcome

It looks like neither Mitt Romney nor President Barack Obama will land the endorsement of former GOP presidential candidate Ron Paul in this final hour of election 2012.

In an Election Day interview on CNN's "Newsroom," the Texas congressman said he won't back either candidate because he sees little difference between them.

Whoo..hooo

Victory for the status quo!!

Participate in America's future- Research Ron Paul- Truth will Prevail! You too, will be proud one day, to be able to say: "I was a Ron Paul supporter."

I hope the republicans are happy...

The republican party went out of its way to tell people who supported Ron Paul we weren't invited to the party. I hope the republicans have a good time at their defeat party tonight, looks like they needed us after all. Maybe they'll wise up one day, but I doubt it.

Ok. Ok. Ok.

Ok.

I try to refrain from personal attacks, so maybe I will direct it at the general population: That lady is a complete and utter moron.

She's being educated by one of the most consistent and honest statemen alive, and dismisses him like she's the resdient authority and be all to politics.

Moron.

It was YouTubed so I watched it. Otherwise, I never would have.

"What if the American people learn the truth" - Ron Paul

Another smirking shill, so

Another smirking shill, so what big deal.q

CNN calls him an icon now

I hate the network, but that is a nice compliment. Maybe they get the message now that the elections are over.

All of the MSM "got" the message long before now.

They just didn't want the sheeple to "get it", too.

Could that woman be any more clueless???

She had no idea what Dr. Paul meant by "status quo'"

I heard this live and she dissed him over and over with her interruptions and talking over him.

She should be fired immediately.

"We have allowed our nation to be over-taxed, over-regulated, and overrun by bureaucrats. The founders would be ashamed of us for what we are putting up with."
-Ron Paul

"Dismissive" is a good word

I would've gone with "patronizing".

"Awwwww" "Okaay"

What a dunce.

Then who is he voting for? I

Then who is he voting for? I can't see him writing himself in, Goode isn't on the ballot in Texas...So he must be voting for Johnson.

if I were writing someone in this election

I would vote for myself so why shouldn't he vote for himself?

Because his write in wouldn't

Because his write in wouldn't be counted in Texas.

And WHY NOT???

I can guarantee you that Romney, OBama and Gary voted for themselves.

Up until the end, Ron Paul did not compromise and that says everything. He in no way encouraged anybody to vote for any of the choices. Period.

fonta

Ron Paul write ins are not

Ron Paul write ins are not counted in Texas. Ron Paul has never written in himself before.
He doesn't normally endorse in presidential elections out of respect for the Constitution and Libertarian Parties (2008 was only because Barr was personally rude towards him.) I didn't say he compromised at all in that post (although he sort of did, when it came to his congressional endorsements.) We know he must have voted (for Cruz and Weber) and he did say he would vote in the presidential election a few weeks ago. I am simply wondering who he did vote for, not trying to promote GJ. I do not support Gary Johnson.

"Must be" huh?

You know... I voted today, but I didn't vote for President... "must" is a pretty strong conclusion when you lack a definite imperative requirement

"Whoever wishes peace among peoples must fight statism" - Ludwig von Mises

You're right, I shouldn't

You're right, I shouldn't have written that, "probably" or "could" (and made it a question) would have been better.
He said on Leno that he probably would vote in the presidential election.

The Cola Election

Obama = Pepsi
Romney = Coke

The choice is yours!

Hansen’s Natural Cane Cola

Hansen’s Natural Cane Cola !(or a Write in for Jolt Cola)

Jones Soda

real sugar, not that HFCS bs!

Sarsaparilla

I'd even settle for a root beer or sarsaparilla

Great interview

as usual - the good doctor on his game. Makes you wonder - maybe he has enough in the tank for a 2016 run

Hell, yeah!

Last time he was on Leno & was asked about running 3rd party his response was, 'No, I'm resting up for 2016!' & he'll certainly have more time once he's out of Congress.

Watch the full clip if you want to hear Ron Paul sharp as a tack

Ron Paul is nowhere close to retiring.

Good Grief

I will feel sorry for her kids :P

donvino

I love how they always ask

I love how they always ask "Are you finally ready to endorse bla bla bla?" Right. Cause he just needs a little time to plug his nose and go along with it, right? Like it's some inevitable conclusion. Give me a break.

Appreciate that link. This women is pretty sick.

The more I hear from her, the worse it gets.

Is there a youtube link

for the whole interview? Sounds like CNN cut him short just as he started getting into the good stuff.
