NYC Resident Casts his Vote for President at Brighton Town Hall-Voter Fraud through out NYS

Since when is there no accountability for what district you live in. Is this legal? Can the governor of New York State allow people to vote where ever they choose due to the storm. It is called use an affidavit ballot and count them by hand. Is the BOE in NY too lazy to do that? This is a travesty.

A Democrat Governor allowing this.
What do we all think.
Voter Fraud-sanctioned by a Governor.

In the wake of Superstorm Sandy, there are hundreds, maybe even thousands of people in areas affected by the storm that weren’t going to be able to vote. However, an executive order signed by Governor Andrew Cuomo says that anyone in the federally declared disaster areas can vote anywhere in New York State.

Tuesday morning, News10NBC met a man at the Brighton Town Hall who exercised that right.

Alex Garfield was one of many who came to the Brighton Town Hall Tuesday to cast their ballots. He is from the upper west side of Manhattan but came to Rochester to stay with his son during the hurricane.

Brighton residents who came in gave election workers their address, took their ballot and cast their vote. They came with their kids, they came with their coffee and then continued on their way.

Alex Garfield came in alone, was given an affidavit ballot but he was able to vote for his presidential candidate.

For Alex, Tuesday is a day he will never forget -- not because his candidate might win but because he had the right to vote when he thought for the first time in his life he wouldn't. “I heard last night that Governor Cuomo said that everybody in New York City could vote anywhere in the state and here I am. It’s great, just great. God bless America. It was really important for me to vote. I feel so honored to be able to vote. Thank you Governor Cuomo.”

The polls will be open until 9 p.m.

BOE Response

I was just told by the BOE there are controls in place to track all the paper affidavits filled out. They will be sent to Albany and counted there. Later on, as needed, they will be added to the figures.

This is still unacceptable. Americans don't need to know right this minute who won. We can wait until the people in the locations without power are able to go to their own, well powered, polling place and vote.

What will happen next?
Looks like NYS is an Obama state.
We will see.
