A call to unite and not spite the Romney supporters

They will come at you blaming you for Obama's re-election. Don't fret. They will be down, vulnerable, and looking for any sort of leadership to cling onto. NOW IS THE TIME for liberty to lead. As hard as it may be to forgive and forget about all the ridicule we've received from these types, we must shine on as the better men and rise above. Stay calm, stay true to liberty, and respectfully show them the way to freedom. Liberty shall prevail.

Not sure what to say to them

If they have the attitude of "It's yours and Ron paul's fault Obama's back in the White House," how do I verify their feels in a way that invites them to look into the liberty movement more closely? These are human beings doing the best they know how.

We need to unite, forgive, and forget

But not within the GOP!!!!

Here's my idea:

After I rub it in...

After I rub it in for a while and feel vindicated for supporting RP and they eat enough crow I will let them off the hook. I will also point out to all of the ones that I told them that they could not win without the RP people "I told you so!" Boy that felt great!!!!

Just remember,

any fool can yell, cuss, and ridicule another, it takes a wise individual to use logic and reason & doing so will have a better effect on others than anger. No need to form resentment.

I'm venting tonight

So that I can keep it classy tomorrow and going forward. Most Romney supporters are good people and you attract more flies by honey than by vinegar.

Nope - that is not the high road, that is servitude to the Crown

The high road is the way of Thomas Paine and the American Enlightenment. I stopped caring for the Sheeple morons 4 years ago. I wouldn't save them from a frackin' oncoming train. F-them. We don't need them. We need the young and the former independents (all 50 million of them)

"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!" -- Samuel Adams

Thomas Paine was a socialist

Thomas Paine was a socialist fyi. Advocated for everyone receiving a minimum salary for no work. Just for being a citizen. Was a reason so many of the real founding fathers hated him.

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.

Whatever...

Actually, like Ron Paul, he wanted everyone to get their money back if the government didn't use it. A little difference there.

No, Thomas Paine actually

No, Thomas Paine actually advocated socialism. Read his later pamphlets and letters like Agrarian Justice.

Thomas Paine was pushed by the marxists for a long time, and it wasn't just because he was an atheist like them.

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.

Ahhh

Now I see the filter. Yes, Thomas Paine was not religious, which was why he was unwelcome in the the nation he created as the greatest founding father. Marx was not an atheist, nor was Stalin, nor does it have anything to do with communism. You are swayed by propaganda from the 1950's.

You must not be an American.

You must not be an American. Paine wasn't even a citizen here. He was a British citizen, and moved back after the war.

The full title of Common Sense was "Common sense: addressed to the inhabitants of America (by an outsider ie) on the following subjects.

Umm.....

When he wrote Common Sense none of the founders were citizens.

He actually went to France - Ben Franklin hooked him up because of the backlash against him in the US. People are fickle.

It's true. I actually just

It's true. I actually just read Agrarian Justice last night. Paine says a lot of great things, but just like everyone else he has his faults in reasoning. Advocating socialism is one.

Nice quote!

Hard to muster anything above contempt for the Republicans.

I will forgive them...

IF I get to indiscriminately break their arms, steal and damage their property, throw away their votes and throw them in jail for their trouble... I'm ready, willing and waiting for the invitation to let the "healing process begin."

Lead with what? Un-funded, Anarchist, Minimalists and Anarchist

? Get real and stop kidding yourself. The "Liberty Movement" is done. Rand Paul will be not more successful than Romney. The socialistic/progressive will rule and have the power until such time that a collapse of their welfare and "top-down government" fails. An that can be decades away - ecpecially withthe help of the Fed.

We need to use a gentle voice.

We do need to kick the rockefeller insider banksters out of the party, but we have 2 years for that and to get others to really see what caused this mess.

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor.

Ahhhhhhhhhh Sorry But

did Jesus wait two years to kick the money lenders out of the temple?

Seems to me 100 years of the Federal Reserve's criminal activity is enough.

That would be great if I was

That would be great if I was a Christian or believed in Judeo-Christian BS. How about the GOP wakes the hell up. I don't care if those old about to die bastards are angry at us or not. They are a dying breed and we are next.

Christian or not,

those are wise words, and if everybody lived by them the country would be better off.

If the Republicans can't dump their

leadership, after that public display of corruption (beyond belief) and stupidity, they need to fade into oblivion. They lost with a Massachusetts liberal. Reince Priebus. That guy needs to take a job cleaning floors. Emptying spitoons. Boehner's got to go. The aye's have it! I bet folks here could compile a long list of party regulars that have deserved retirement, barring redemption.

A better list, more in the spirit of this thread, is who are the rising Liberty candidates to pull Republicans out of the ashes, or lead us on to a new party?

Yeah or they can just go suck nuts

they will get behind whatever pretty boy is picked out for them next time.

Attrition. They are a dying breed, we are on the rise. There's more than one way to handle evolution when it comes but it's always kind enough to pack your bags for you in any case.

Be brave, be brave, the Myan pilot needs no aeroplane.

Well, they need to wake up and grow up

And place the blame where it belongs, on the folks who control the Diebold machines. Anway, Romney stole it from RP in the first place.

They had better retract each and every railroaded rule in Tampa

I do not forget so easily.

"What if the American people learn the truth" - Ron Paul

Most of these people will

Most of these people will never learn. We need to reach out to young Republicans and Latinos!

Fuck that. I WANT them to

Fuck that. I WANT them to know they have us to blame. They are the fools. They nominate a piece of shit by cheating they deserve what they get. Can't wait to start my "HAHA That's what you get, GOP" thread.

That response is the natural

That response is the natural human reaction. I'm basking in the "that's what you get" mentality myself, but keeping it to myself. Be the better man. That shines greatly upon weak-minded people. Rubbing it in will do nothing but further alienate the sheep from the cause of liberty.

BTW it's time to get angry.

BTW it's time to get angry. It's far past the time to get angry. Ron Paul was far too subdued. He should have called out every single lie made by the neocons but he didn't. It's time for honesty and real emotion. This subdued emotions bullshit is just that bullshit. It's time to get people riled up people don't change when they are content on their couch. So iss on the GOP, let them be angry at us. We have already shown they underestimated us and guess what... we aren't going anywhere.

Angry, irate...

I am well beyond irate. gop/rnc had BETTER get their shit together.
