I wept tonight...

I wept tonight, not because Romney lost, but because Obama won. I wept for my country. I wept for the Constitution. I wept for our freedoms. I wept for our liberty. I wept for my children who may never know the country I grew up in.

I wept for those who voted for Obama; those who have no concept of what freedom is; those who have never read the Constitution; those who feel entitled; those who vote the color of their skin and not the content of their character; those who's souls are lost.

I wept tonight. I don't know my country anymore. I feel like a stranger in a foreign land. I don't know if I will ever feel like this country is the home I once knew.

Fight on Patriot!!!

Remember the small percentage of patriots that started the revolution of 1776??? We have to expose the crooks and all work togther towards our freedom , MORE NOW THAN EVER!!! I wept with you brother or sister in the struggle for freedom!!! We are here togther!!! We all must make plans for some kind of network outside of the net, because you know the dictator is after that next!!! We need plans!!! We need to get on the restore the republic site to coordinate because this is open to the mainstream. We have to work together and fast!!!!Time is of the essence now that the DICTATOR IS BACK IN!!!!

First time? Lucky.

I feel as you have described often - every few months, sometimes for days at a time.

When those feelings come along I look for encouragement both here and in my bible and other books, or just within myself where all the answers ultimately lie, have faith and try to make it another day.

Hope to see you back here soon.

Daily Paul cured my abibliophobia.

I cheered!

This is the time to Educate! The sheep who bought the status quo, really do care about the direction this country is heading. The issue is they did not want their vote to be wasted, I know i know there is not such thing as a wasted vote. These people are uninformed, they want change as much as we do but are not sure what direction to go into.

the time for Americas 3rd great awakening is now!

What is Capitalism?

I laughed tonight. This house

I laughed tonight. This house of cards will fall, and we will begin anew. Take heart, my friend.

I agree

I completely agree with you. What disturbed me tonight is that a majority of the country made the choice for more spending, more entitlements, and less freedom. Its a dark day in America. Hopefully the sun will rise and Liberty will return.

Republic or a Democracy?

If you believe we live in a Republic, then why are you REGISTERING to vote in a Democracy?

This could be a blessing in disguise

If as we've all predicted, the debt mounts, the Fed continues to prolong rather than fix the economic crisis, and we continue to create enemies around the World, then the sentiment for Liberty will be stronger than ever in 2016.

And our movement has many candidates at many levels of government.

I understand your sadness,

I feel sad about our country too. That being said, we must not ever give up hope. We've made HUGE strides this year, we are only just getting started. There are many reasons to be optimistic. I refuse to live in fear or anger. Find your happy place brother, life is short. God bless.

The world is my country, all mankind are my brethren, and to do good is my religion.
-Thomas Paine

I understand completely

As I said in another thread, I am overwhelmed with sadness tonight, even though I knew it was coming. My children are just starting out in the world (ages 12-21), and they will never know the country we grew up in, the gift that has been squandered before it could be given to them.

and you think Romney was the

and you think Romney was the answer to that?

No, but...

Obama is far, far worse than Romney. The people of this country chose Obama. They CHOSE four more years of out of control spending, entitlements, and the sacrifice of our freedoms. That is why it is so sad. Obama was bad before, but I am absolutely terrified of what he is capable of now that he doesn't care about re-election.

I'm crestfallen tonight, but tommorrow is another day and 2014 is another election.

You have absolutely no justification or evidence for that statement. Those of us who are awake know that Romney was put there to lose. And, if by some wierd miracle he had won, nothing would be different.

Don't weep - get angry! Let your local Republicon Sheep know that they are friends of the Empire, that they are stupid, that they are loyalists to King George. Guilt is a powerful tool.
