The Liberty Message is poised for success. But ONLY if we approach others with love and respect

UPDATE: http://www.dailypaul.com/262313/14-million-opportunities

Let me offer some suggestions for what NOT to do today if we want to make progress in the future.

We should NOT be gloating, gleeful, spiteful or generally nasty to our republican friends.

I am not even calling or writing any of my family or friends today because I know that they are ABSOLUTELY, SUICIDALLY DEVASTATED today. The best approach is to leave them alone, sympathize if they call, and try to get them through the darkness.

ONLY THEN will they be open to the message you are trying to spread later.

And I believe that ALLLLLLLL of those Republicans who were Tea Partiers, and were not at ALL happy to have Romney as their nominee will be RIPE FOR THE PICKING later, as they see what compromise got them. They WANT liberty and fiscal responsibility, but in the passion of an election didn't have time or energy to ABSORB the message fully or to "take a chance" on being "different".

NOW they will be searching for answers, and we are ready to guide and teach them, but only if we have not become the SALT IN THEIR WOUNDS.

If you kick a dog while it is down it is VERY unlikely that it will ever trust you again. Today is a day to leave them be, try to sympathize with them if they call you, and be LOVING and RESPECTFUL of just how horrible they feel.

Can we be the Revolution of LOVE, or will we ruin our future chances to grow the message for a few moments of vicious glee.?

Good luck caardvaark

try to remember the day we knew that Ron Paul would not be the nominee, and the only hope for America was gone. THAT is how your friend feels today, mistaken as she may be, and it is her emotions that need soothing. LATER you can guide her to the wisdom of liberty.

Love yes, but with brutal honesty

I agree with you 100 per cent, but I am the purge guy. So that means I want to love and be completely honest. NO holding back. We must educate those who voted for Romney about the disastrous neoconservative policies that have weighed down the GOP since 2006. Never again can we allow the message of peace to be sullied by warmongerers.

I agree with you as well

I would just say that TODAY it is best to wait for the questions before volunteering the answers. If the question is asked, then one MUST tell the truth..... but with gentleness and love.

You have a good point,

You have a good point, however, the elites are already pushing the meme that Romney lost due to immigration and alienation of Latinos. Such nonsense. McCain is a liberal on "comprehensive immigration reform" and he only got 31% of the Latino vote! And Cuban Americans are not the same as Mexican Americans.
